This condo has it all, with direct access to white sandy beaches and turquoise oceanfront. Being a ground floor apartment, makes it ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs with baggage and shopping. Simply walk out the patio doors to the garden or poolside or beachfront. The community is secured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Restaurants and many other local attractions and gift shops and entertainment are all within walking distance.

Laundry services, maid services and chef prepared meal services are available for an additial fee if desired.

The condo has plenty of natural day light plus fantastic cross breezes which cool the apartment. The condo also has fantastic air conditioning for those needing a climate control environment.

Airport Transfer Services plus Shopping enroute to our condo: Our agents can assist you with grocery shopping at the newest largest Supermarket (Super Pola) at San Juan Shopping Center.

Excellent, romantic and cozy place to stay. As it is new, it was clean, fresh and bright. You feel like home away from home. This condo residence is peaceful and quiet and directly on the beach. Really, l enjoyed every thing... and beautifully decorated by the owner. Also, we felt completely safe 24 hours 7 days a week, with the security guards and well-gated community. It was so comfortable and we fully enjoyed our stay. Definitely, I can recommend this to new travellers!!

I really liked the booking process... absolutely flawless. I really liked the treatment we received starting from the reservation which I felt was very easy and it carried right through to the check in and out. Annette was very sweet, professional and efficient. And, Yves our host, was the person who received us at our destination and let us know about the different beaches and areas that we might have been interested in. He did very well when he oriented us with transportation tips. We also received a wonderful welcome gift which included a bottle of Rum and package of Dominican Coffee which was so very much appreciated. His attention to our needs was great.

Everything was better then we expected!!!

A new addition to the complex is the work out room . ( lite workout ie : yoga, resistance bands and small weights ) there are large mirrors and flat screen TV on wall to play workout DVDs to inspire you.

A week in paradise

My family spent a week in Bavaro at Annette's condo and my only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! The accommodations were perfect for my husband, myself and our 3yr old. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The ground floor location has direct access to the pool and is just a few steps from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were always available at the pool/beach and a shallow kiddie pool in addition to the larger pool was a very nice surprise. The plaza is just a short walk for quick market trips or delicious bakery and restaurant trips. Annette was pleasant and very accommodating, even supplying transportation to and from the airport for a small fee and we were able to stop at the large grocery store for shopping on the way to the condo. We were there for New Years Eve and were able to watch the firework display on the beach from our patio! We had a great time and can not wait to schedule our next trip!

Owner's Response: Having guests like Casey and her family of 3 was a real delight for us. She was very courteous in all her requests and queries. It made me feel good to see her happiness, too. Equally so, I would be happy to have her family as repeat guests, and I would never hesitate to give her a good referral where ever she decides to travel abroad. I hope she will feel at home here, whenever she decides to return. It has been a real pleasure to have shared my home with her as a very welcomed guest on vacation.

A great place to relax and enjoy the area

This ground floor unit is comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The unit was clean and fresh smelling. I like to cook and the kitchen utensils were like we have at home. Everything in the unit was in good working condition and we did not need to use the AC to be comfortable. Annette and her agent went beyond expectations to assist us before, during and after our stay. We have requested this unit for our next vacation.

Fantastic, and we're coming back!!

Stanza Mare and unit G102, in particular, were fantastic! The complex is right on the beach, and hosts the best expanse of beach for miles. The complex also has a lovely swimming pool which we made use of everyday. Plus, it is convenient to shops and restaurants; everything you need is right outside your door.

G102 is a very nice unit, and the owners take great care of it. It was clean, comfortable and we felt right at home there. We loved it so much we've already confirmed our booking for 2019!!

Great place to vacation

We left Boston at the beginning of a snow storm and was greeted by 82 - 84 degree temps every day. We feel very luck that we found this VRBO at Stanza Mare. Many of the other VRBOs in the area are NOT on the beach. The pool was only a few steps away and we always found interesting people to talk to. The beach is very close as well and we spent almost every day walking for a couple of hours. I also think the beach at Stanza Mare is better then at any of the resorts...plenty of lounge chairs and a very large beach area.

It's very easy to sign up for any activies in front of most resorts and there is a conceirge at Stanza Mare that can help as well.

The location was convienent and is an easy walk to stores and restaurants. We went to "Citrus" a couple of times and loved it. Again, we found so many friendly people to talk with.

The unit was nice, although we really didn't spend much time there other then to sleep and make some breakfasts. A couple of issues did come up, but the owners were very quick to resolve.

The one thing we would do differently, is to NOT rent a car. It just isn't needed.

All in all, it was a very nice vacation and we'd go back again.

Sweet unit by the pool and steps to the beach

We must first say that Dennis and Annette were just lovely to deal with. Very responsive and caring people. The pool was really nice and clean if needing a bit of repair. The unit was comfortable and clean although a bit dated. We enjoyed our lunches on the patio and easy walk to the beach. An overall nice experience.

the unit was nice clean and well kept. the kitchen had everything we needed the refrigerator kept food fresh and cold. we had an ocean breeze almost every night. we used the air conditioning only twice in a month.any small problems were addressed quickly we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. this is our sixth year in a row to bavaro area. this was the nicest unit we have stayed in.

All pricing is in US Dollars and rates are subject to change, unless a reservation deposit is confirmed as accepted.

Accommodation: Costs are based on double occupancy. When more than 2 persons are occupying the condo, there is an extra cost of $15 per night per person.

Prepaid electricity: $10 per night is calculated in addition to the rate. This is more than ample for the average family. In the unlikely event, that more is needed, then the additional energy costs are deducted from the security deposit.

Energy Conservation Advice: Guests are welcome to use as much electricity as personal preference and needs may differ. It is your vacation, so it is up to you. Mostly, it is high use of the a/c and the hot water heater, that can cause high energy costs. Otherwise, the ceiling fans and other electricity requirements, do not use very much electricity, based on average usage.

Tips for saving energy costs: A/C - We recommend to turn the a/c on for 20 minutes prior to bed time, and leaving the ceiling fans on for good air circulation. The walls are made of cement blocks and will typically remain cool for the night. Hot water - The hot water tank has an on/off switch nearby it. Turning the hot water heater on 20 minutes before showering, and remembering to turn it off after showering, will be enough to provide hot water for washing hands and dish washing for the remainder of the day. If more is needed, it not a problem, simply repeat the cycle.
