Lovingly managed by the owners, we call this property "Porte 22", after its famous front door and house number. Porte 22 is also your culinary gastronomic experience: gather fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from the local markets and prepare yourselves a sumptuous meal in your custom designed kitchen.

Porte 22's (No-Smoking) accommodation is located on the first floor of our three floor home. The first floor is reserved exclusively for holiday guests. If you appreciate wooden beams, exposed interior stone, original floor tiles, and being located just steps from the town center and weekly market, you will feel at home at Porte 22.

Layout: 100 sq meters / 1100 sq ft: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, gorgeous sun drenched and night lit ROOF TERRACE for your exclusive use, secure PARKING, AC units, custom designed French kitchen fully equipped & stocked, stylish furniture locally sourced (no Ikea items!), luxury linen, high speed Fibre Optic WIFI, TV, games; and a generous welcome basket filled with local products.

Once you have let yourselves in and explored your living space, we will welcome you in person and share as much knowledge about Pézenas and the surrounding region as you require.

Fancy exploring the region by BIKE? Three mountain bikes at your disposal to explore the surrounding vineyards.

Home away from Home

The apartment provided every conceivable item to make ours a most enjoyable stay. Our host was just wonderful providing excellent pre arrival information. Her assistant also helped with our checkin and departure. All in all a superb property, so clean, well located and with the very best facilities.

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful village.

Porte 22 is a fantastic apartment and probably the most generously equiped that we have stayed in. It is as it’s described. Spotlessly clean, very good bed, gourmet kitchen, and a terrific sun deck-with another kitchen off to the side. Louise couldn’t be more helpful; prompt responses to all our communications. The apartment is a stones throw from the main street, yet very quiet at night. In fact it’s quiet pretty much all the time. Pezenas is a historically rich village with great walks in the old town and supplied with enough cafes and shops to satisfy any tourist. We had a memorable time.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Pézenas. Der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aber etwas ganz besonderes war die Wohnung. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen, obwohl sie im Internet sehr attraktiv beschrieben ist. Sehr schön war auch der warme Empfang und die umfangreiche Kommunikation vor unserer Ankunft. Wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wonderful time immersed in the French culture

Very clean and owner had every thing you need. Comfortable, many stairs to reach flat, be sure you’re mobile. Kitchen great for cooking! We did very little as we enjoyed the many restaurants of French cuisine. Boulangerie close by to purchase croissants every morning. Enjoyed beaches close to Pezanas and many historic sites in the neighborhood.
