This absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom Townhome stands head and shoulders above other Town Homes as is offers the added luxury of a Private Pool which has a lovely conservation view.

The home has been stylishly furnished to a very high standard with no expense spared and has a bright and appealing open plan Living and Dining Area with a fully equipped kitchen that includes top quality appliances.

The upstairs has three lavish bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master Bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television and En-suite, it also boasts a balcony with seating for those private breakfasts where you can enjoy the spectacular views. A second double bedroom (on the ground floor) has a Queen bed, with flat screen TV and En-suite and a further Twin bedroom with En-suite.

The homes are more luxurious than your average Florida rental property and have normally been furnished by a professional interior designer on completion whose remit was luxury and comfort. This enables us to offer the kind of quality and glamour that will give you a holiday to remember.

The majority are recently built and all properties are maintained to the highest of standards meeting a certain criteria to stay in our rental management program.

The accommodations range from 2 to 6 bedrooms, all with fully functional and equipped kitchens and include laundry rooms with a Washer and Dryer. All homes include TVs with cable packages, Free Wi-Fi with the majority also offering Free US and Canada calls.

Over 90% of the homes have their own Private Pool, the majority with a spa and many have either Lake or Conservation View’s and also benefit from upgraded amenities such as On Site Clubhouses, Large screen TVs, Games Rooms and High End Kitchens.

What A Great Place

We have hired many villas in Florida and this one was by far the nicest and the cleanest. The pool was perfect for our requirements as was all of the amenities at the villa. Location was great in regards to the parks, restaurants and grocery shopping. This home is definetly worth renting you would not be dissapointed.

Beautifully appointed & deceptively spacious!

This is a really lovely home, with room for six, in a very quiet and largely residential location, just a short drive from the Disneyworld parks.

The house is deceptively spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped to a very high standard (washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, wi-fi etc). The air-conditioning is a joy after a day at Disney in 100-degree heat.

Three bathrooms meant no queuing in the morning. The master bedroom was incredibly comfortable at the end of a long day. The pool in the lanai at the back of the house is small, but was perfectly big enough to cool off in at the end of a long hot day, and at just the right temperature too!

We stayed for a swelteringly hot week and managed to squeeze in Disney's Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Epcot parks as well as Universal Studios and Island of Adventure and a visit to the slightly odd (but very nice) town of Celebration, also built by Disney.

All of the Disney parks were no more than 20 minutes in the car. There are a range of supermarkets within easy reach (en route to Disney) and even the young lady at the local Speedway gas station couldn't do enough to help an Englishman bamboozled by the "go indoors and pay first" system which applies to foreign travellers.

We could happily have stayed longer, but hey, there's always next year!!!

Car: necessary

Serenity Is nestled in a natural landscape just minutes from Disney World.

Providing access to the best recreation and entertainment venues that this extremely popular area has to offer.

Situated just minutes from Highway 192, Serenityis close to local shops and Supermarkets on Highway 27 and offers easy access to Walt Disney World which can be reached in just 10 minutes. Orlando's other area attractions such as Universal Studios ,Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Discovery Cove,The Florida Mall,The Mall at Milennia and the Outlet Malls are all within easy reach.

There are many Golf Courses close by with fishing, boating, and equestrian activities also available.

There is a great selection of restaurants on Highway 192 which are within 5 mins drive and include many of our own personal favourites such as Bahama Breeze, Joes Crab Shack, Applebee's, Carrabbas, The Olive Garden, Outback, Houlihans and our brand new favourite 'Bonefish'.

Although all units come with their own private pool. Serenity also boasts its own residents only clubhouse with a resort style communal pool and an onsite fitness centre, indoor café and bar area and a business centre with meeting rooms so there is literally something which will appeal to all members s in your party.
