This house is located just off the trail that takes you to Dickson street after a very short walk. The trail is great for walking, biking, jogging and skateboarding. Everyone on the trail was polite and considerate of others. Also easy drive to anywhere in Fayetteville. House is very nice and clean, well equipped and roomy enough for a larger group. Easy access via keyless entry. Only two very minor issues were the bushes need trimming around the driveway and at street and occasional train passing nearby. We would choose this one again !.

Nice little house in a convenient location

  • 4 of 5

Everything was clean. Plenty of towels provided. Nice that there was also some coffee provided. Only drawback is the parking. Tight turn into the carport - would have been tough getting 2 full sized cars parked. Also, the bushes need to be trimmed where you pull out onto the road - really hard to see if there is a car approaching. I would not attempt the road in snow without snow tires - it's pretty steep.

Best House in Fayetteville!

  • 5 of 5

The location is perfect.

1. Exterior: There is a creek on one side of the house that goes under the road and then in front of the house across the street. The road is not busy. We could not see neighbors when we were on the front or back porch. We spent a lot of time on the front porch where there are four nice chairs. There are also four adirondack chairs on the back deck along with a large clean grill. The neighbors were nice and respectful. The parking was covered and nice.

You can walk up the street and walk down the bike path to Dickson Street. It is extremely convenient and safe. The bike path continues on the hillside across from the house and is lit well. We walked to Arsagas for breakfast and had drinks one evening on Dickson.

2. Interior: It has three bedrooms with three FULL baths. The sheets and blankets are clean. There are firm memory foam toppers on the beds and we all loved them. It is very easy to block the stairs for kids. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent and all of the essentials are provided. Also - the stuff wasn't the cheap stuff, Gain and Bounce, etc. The towels were plush. Washcloths are provided. The sofas were clean and nice. Everything was clean and nice. There was an ironing board and iron, hairdryer, coffee pot, etc. They even provided sugar and coffee. They left items from other tenants, like coffee, for us to use up as well. There were three cork screws for some serious wine bottle opening.

I cannot say enough good about this house. I did not interact with the owner once, that's how easy the transaction was! The instructions were thoughtful and thorough and we weren't required to do any chores before exit although we did.

My husband and I rented the house. My sister, her husband, 9mo old, and 5 yo came along with two old friends for a night. I invited some college friends over for a glass of wine. It was great to have all of the seating at the sit-in bar, the table, and two sofas and a chair in the living room along with 8 outdoor chairs. We never used all of it but it was so spacious and open so that the person cooking breakfast could interact with the people on the couch!

We will rent this house again next year!

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

  • 5 of 5

We will return to this home as long as its available for our visits. We came for orientation and had 3 cars. We parked the third car in the Dickson Street Parking garage. It was safe and easy to get to. I only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the home and surrounding area.

Comfortable and convenient to University of Arkansas and Dickson Street

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the house for a week while moving my granddaughter into an apartment. The house was clean and comfortable and was a perfect location for our needs. We were within walking distance to Restaurants on Dickson Street. We will definitely stay in house for our future visits to Fayetteville.
