We stay here for 4 nights and did have nice time. Room is new and clean. Staff was very friendly. I will come back.
This studio was a great alternative to a hotel. The location was perfect for us as we have family in the Orchard Rd. area, and it is on a major bus line. It was clean and bright, with two air con units. Note there is no hot water in the kitchen, jacuzzi or bathroom sink although there was ample hot water in the shower. There was also a water leak onto the kitchenette floor during heavy rain. During the time we stayed there was scaffolding up on one wall of our windows and we needs to keep the blinds closed as there were occasionally workers outside the windows; we assume that this was just a temporary condition and bad timing. Additional amenities that would be helpful are additional clothes hangers, towels, iron and board, and hooks to hang things up on to dry. There was almost almost always a property manager available downstairs if we had issues. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit! Overall we would stay in this unit again.
we had an excellent stay. I was travelling with my parents from April 10th 2015 to April 13th 2015. The room was spacious for sg standard, i think. The place had everything we need from full equipped kitchen to bathtub on veranda (so we could relax ourself after day-long walking in singapore).
Location is great. It's prime location near clark quay, orchard area, and marina bay. Bus stop is few step from door. We could stop taxi whenever we walked out the building.
It's located on the top of building, and the lift is directing to our only door room. Pretty nice.
Check-in and check-out was easy.
I got an information that the room will be cleaned once a week so we didn't get cleaning service due to our only 3-night stay.
On the last day of staying, there was maintenance outside of window so the view was cover with some construction things (bamboo framework and green net). But it didn't matter after all.
It's family friendly. It's worth value for money. It's the highlight of our sg trip.
