Summer guests have private access to the pool and tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts. There are chairs and umbrellas, first come first serve. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
