Nestled amongst lush Palm trees and tropical Florida landscape, attached to the master house, this beautiful and two-level private guest house serves as the prime location for relaxation under the sun. With enough room to ideally accommodate up to 4 guests throughout 1,000 square feet of stylishly appointed living space, this house is a perfect size and layout for families, friends or couples traveling together.
Inside, the house is outfitted with carefully appointed, modern decor and ample space for your entire travel party to spread out and unwind before starting a new adventure. The master bedroom on the second level features a California King-sized bed with an outrageously comfortable mattress. Other features are an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, with plenty of space for him and her, a lounging sofa, and a private door leading to the balcony, where you can have your morning coffee or watch the sun set. The first level has a Queen-sized sofa bed, and is adjacent to a spacious bathroom with a shower, which is also convenient to the pool.
In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare your group's favorite recipes before gathering around the dining room table with comfortable seating. From there, kick up your feet in the chic living room area, where you can enjoy watching your favorite television shows on the large Smart TV in the living room. You’ll also love being able to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine there, while gazing out at the sparkling swimming pool.
Additionally, you’ll discover all of the comforts of home and latest technologies that are provided here, from wireless internet access to Smart TV’s, conveniently located throughout the entire home.

The Sun Trolley has expanded its service from Anglins Square (center of town) to Galt Ocean Mile and Las Olas Blvd. Feel free to take a spin around the neighborhood on our bicycles!

Homeowners Diane and Phil are a well travelled professional couple, lead a healthy and active lifestyle, and enjoy walking, running, tennis, golf, paddle boarding, and keeping up with our energetic Portuguese Water Dog, Izzy!
Diane is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami, and relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area in 2010. Phil is a native of Canada and relocated to the Fort Lauderdale area in 2010, after falling in love with south Florida and all it has to offer. Together, Diane and Phil can offer insight to the south Florida area as far as dining, nightlife, shopping, attractions, paddle board rentals, fishing, golfing, etc..

This is our guest house for friends and family. When they are not visiting us we rent it out and you will be treated to the same upgraded touches we offer to our friends and family; new linens, new big fluffy towels, the unit will be 110% clean, fully stocked kitchen (from paper towels, to tin foil, to zip lock bags, completed stocked). All you will need to bring is your beach wear and sandals, we provide the rest.
We offer a very unique experience to enjoy quiet nights out by the pool (very quiet neighborhood) or go out and enjoy the nightlife, as within four blocks there are several restaurants and bars to choose from.
Had a great vacation! The house was perfect so me, my husband and son on spring break. The bedroom was large with our own bathroom. The pull out couch was fine for our son to sleep on because he had the main floor to himself. He also had his own bathroom. We were only 4 blocks from the beach, which was a nice walk. Many restaurants and stores you can walk to.
Phil was a great host. Whenever we called or texted he answered immediately. If it was for a restaurant suggestion or an extra beach chair.

The location is perfect for walking to all the local restaurants and shops. The beach is just blocks away. Great location
My husband and I spent a week at Su Casa. The house was very clean and stocked with all we needed for an enjoyable getaway. The master suite on the 2nd floor was especially nice with a very comfortable king bed and pleasant balcony to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the pool area and took advantage of the gas grill for cooking. The kitchen was fully stocked with more essentials than usual. My adult daughter stayed with us part of the time and slept on the sleep sofa which she said was quite comfortable. Really a nice neighborhood – very quiet yet walking distance to town and the beach. Diane and Phil were excellent hosts and we look forward to returning.
After one hour drive from MIA airport, Phil, the Owner, waited for us with a bottle of wine and introduced us to the apt.
This apt. is just perfect for 2 persons, everything very clean and the bed very comfortable. There are plenty of linens, towels and beach towels.
A standard Day: Breakfast, 2 hours pool, 4-5 hours beach, BBQ (Weber gas grille) at the pool, sundowner at the beach, which actually is very close. Diane provided us with cookies for Thanksgiving and Phil was very helpful in solving small problems and giving us hints for the area and proposed us nice restaurants. Many Golf Courses are within one hour drive. We really enjoyed Su Casa and hope to come back soon. The only thing we were missing was some sweeping equipment or vacuum cleaner to remove the sand which was brought in, when returning from the beach. Thank you for this nice experience and your hospitality.

We are located three blocks from Anglin Square, the heart and soul of the town. Anglin's Pier is the town landmark, offering fishing 24/7. Offshore snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and paddle boarding are year-round activities.
Unlike the Florida Keys, where the reefs are only accessible by boat, the Town's coral reefs -- some located within 100 yards of the beach -- can be reached using a pair of fins and a mask. Recognizing the popularity of the Town's reefs with local and out-of-town divers, the Broward County Commission in September 1997 declared Lauderdale-By-The-Sea the Shore Dive Capital of South Florida.
The Town also has a unique artificial reef project powered by two solar-buoys, which help accelerate the rate of coral growth. Located about 700 feet offshore just south of the Datura Avenue portal, the Biorock structure was deployed in 2011.
SS Copenhagen, a 19th Century cargo steamer, struck a coral reef in 25 feet of water off present-day Lauderdale-By-The-Sea on May 26, 1900. The shipwreck is one of just 11 underwater archaeological preserves in Florida, and was officially dedicated as the state's fifth shipwreck preserve in June 1994. In 2001 it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places!
Dive boats often visit the shallow wreck, which is popular with local scuba divers and snorkelers. With an estimated 10,000 visitors per year, it is by far the most popular underwater preserve in the state.
