Taking its name from the beautiful surrounding oak trees and its location on Dogwood Lane; this home includes a rustic looking 24' x 24' covered outdoor patio with gas grill, and a lower level walkout patio with fire pit. The interior is a unique blend of country décor and modern living; it sleeps a maximum of 18 people.

And no more “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who gets their own bathroom! Three of the six bedrooms in this house are master bedrooms with their own bathroom, and the master suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub.

The first floor offers four large bedrooms all with king size beds and flat-screen TVs; two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom plus there is another full bathroom for general use. The large modern stainless steel kitchen includes a large island for extra seating and/or food preparation. The adjacent dining room opens to the kitchen and living room, and the cozy living room is furnished with a sofa bed, 47” flat-screen TV and additional dining room seating that converts into a poker/blackjack gaming area.

You'll also be thrilled with what the lower level has to offer! The beautifully finished lower level includes cozy warm in-floor heat; two bedrooms with king size beds and flat-screen TVs – one is a master bedroom with its own bathroom; another full bathroom for general use and laundry facilities. The lower level is also home to a rec room which includes a sofa bed, 47” flat-screen TV, pool table, air hockey, and kitchenette with an additional full-sized refrigerator. The lower level also has a walkout patio which leads to the fire pit.

Last but not least, the home features a one-of-a-kind theatre room with an 86" smart TV, surround sound, and three levels of seating. This is the place to be for those big games and for watching the latest action movies!

The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Grande Oaks Vacation

Our family of 17 had a great time. The house was spacious and room for all or smaller gatherings to play games. The resort pool area was a short walk from the house and we enjoyed using those facilities.

This property was great. It had lots of space inside and out. Location was perfect. It was close to everything in town. Pool & bar were nice. The bartender made great drinks. I would highly recommend this place & would definitely stay here again!

Great Time with friend and family

We stayed here for the memorial day week-end and had great time with the friends and family. The rooms sizes are perfect for our group and the theater room was the highlight. Couches on the main floor may need an upgrade. Overall we had good time.
