Modern but uncluttered 3 bedroom, 2 bath Townhouse, with a deck that overlooks an incredible view of mountains and a golf course. During your stay two single kayaks, paddles, and life vests are all available for your use, along with two mountain bikes, fishing gear, a set of ping golf clubs and a gas grill.

The townhouse is just a gorgeous stroll from the recreation center, swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, and other sports! (We recommend taking a pleasant walk through the Holiday Island community, keeping your eyes ready to see various wildlife and breathtaking views of several surrounding mountains and Table Rock Lake!)

You’ll be conveniently located near a friendly, local grocery store.

Seven miles away, a fifteen-minute drive, is Downtown Eureka Springs, a cozy, welcoming small town full of locally-owned restaurants and boutiques. Some of the most famous attractions in Eureka Springs include: Thorncrown Chapel, Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, Ziplining, Onyx Cave Park, the Crescent Hotel Ghost tour, and so many other fun things to do!

If you’re a fellow fisherman, there is stellar trout fishing located on the White River. (Only 25 minutes and you’ll have a fly in the water!)

If you enjoy shows and amusements, Branson, MO is only a one-hour drive away or if you’re wanting to stay local, the Passion Play is located only fifteen-minutes away!

If you’re an avid reader, hiker or just enjoy spending time together, there are several excellent Arkansas hiking books, authored by Tim Ernst, along with multiple board games, for your enjoyment during your stay.

About Joe & Kim Roche

We are a happily-married couple (29 yrs) with three boys (aged 26, 23, and 17), a daughter (gained from marriage!), 2 dogs, and 3 "grand-dogs." We love spending time in God's awesome Creation, playing games, investing time with family and friends. Originally from PA, we have lived all over the country. We have appreciated the opportunity to stay in HomeAway locations across the country and now desire to offer the same to others.

We fell in love with the natural beauty, as well as the warmth of the people of Eureka Springs, AR. Holiday Island is a quiet, relaxing location, just minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. The Holiday Island Marina is less than 1 mile from our house and there are several easy launching locations for our kayaks nearby. The White River/Table Rock Lake offers incredibly stunning views and refreshing time on crystal clear water.

What makes this house unique

Peace and quiet will surround you upon your arrival. You will probably pass deer in the nearby fields or back yard as you arrive. Kayaks, paddles, life vests, mountain bikes, fishing gear, and a set of golf clubs are all INCLUDED at our beautiful townhouse so you can enjoy God's Creation.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great time boating and looking at land and houses. It was wonderful to come back to such a lovely home and relax and hang out. We loved all of the extra touches that your home provided and loved that everything we needed was available. We were hoping to take advantage of the kayaks and bikes but had to pass this time due to my husbands cast from his broken foot and surgery. We had a blast. Thank you for sharing your home.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We are a family of four - two adults and two teenagers! Each kid had his own room and they shared a bathroom. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the golf course. We also took advantage of the kayaks. It's not a far drive to Eureka Springs and area attractions, but it is a quiet resting spot.

As other reviewers have said, it is completely updated, clean and comfortable.

The condo is exactly as pictured - Very spacious and appointed. We truly enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels, and deer.

We went to Bentonville and Eureka Springs from here, and thankfully tried some of the dining suggestions left for us.

I can't think of any problem that we had after we found our way around the bridge that was out. The owners were immediately responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful location with plenty of space and modern amenities.

Close to Eureka Springs but without being right in town. Nice to be away from all the tourist when you want to unwind after a day to shopping, eating and exploring the many parks and caves in the area. Weather was rainy all weekend for us but that didn't stop us from enjoying the local caves and fantastic restaraunts. Unit was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Highly recommended!
