Located on Four O'Clock Road this unit is just steps from a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only one block to Main Street enabling you to be within walking distance to everything Breckenridge has to offer.

This two bedroom, two and a half bath condominium can sleep up to six people. There is ample seating in the living room to sit on the plush leather couch or side chair and enjoy watching your favorite DVD movie on the TV. If you'd rather spend some time reading your vacation book this open living room is sure to provide all the comfort you will need next to the warm gas fireplace.

The gourmet, granite countertop and wood cabinet kitchen has all the necessary appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit at the rustic wood dining table for six. If you are looking for more of a grab-n-go meal, then belly up to the breakfast bar for four.

The master bedroom has a King bed that is encased in comfortable bedding with wood accent furnishings. The master bedroom has an attached, private bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed encased in mountain inspired bedding. Both bedrooms are located on the condo's second floor, and are outfitted with luxurious down alternative comforters and duvets. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper within the unit. This condominium also features an inviting private balcony where you can retreat to overlook the courtyard and get that quiet time we all cherish on vacation.

Other amenities include a stackable washer and dryer in the unit and a desk with high-speed internet access. There is an outdoor hot tub on-site, underground parking with an elevator to the units, and a common area courtyard with a grill and picnic table. Guests can also enjoy access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

Lovely location
My family had a wonderful stay at Sundowner II - perfect location for access to the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main St. The condo was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable beds and bedding as well.

Great location
Overall this property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a lift (Snowflake) with a short walk or shuttle ride, but ski-in (Four O'Clock Run) with a very short walk back to the condo. The parking garage was an added bonus for not only on-site parking, but being able to leave our ski gear in a vehicle overnight. The living/dining/kitchen area is much bigger than the photos led onto. Having the free clothes washer and dryer was an added bonus we didn't anticipate. The building does have a small outdoor hot tub, but also a very nice pool/hot tub facility that is a short walk down a path that includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, but also one indoor hot tub and two large outdoor hot tubs that easily seat 10+. Communication with property management was the best I've experienced yet, and we've stayed at multiple rental properties across the country and internationally. They provided all information to the property via email and text and were available with a simple text. So easy and fast. There isn't a formal check-in process as they simply send you a text when the condo is ready. No keys are required as everything is a push code for the garage, condo, trash, hot tubs/pool, etc.
