Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings of less than 7 nights over Christmas and New Year (23 Dec - 8th Jan).

This is a spacious very modern design one bedroom apartment with one bathroom. It is split level, with fantastic Harbour and Opera House views from the balcony and also from the bedroom.

The apartment has a modern stainless steel kitchen and all conveniences. It also has a dishwasher.

A modern bathroom with a shower also has a laundry with a washing machine and a drier.

The apartment is fully equipped with air/con, TV DVD CD and stereo radio. The lounge area is comfortable and has a dinning table to seat 4. Patio windows from the lounge to the large balcony give extended living space. Table ware and cooking pots supplied, also towels and bed linen.

A bond of $700 is payable 7 days prior to arrival

There is security parking with the apartment for one small car.

Please note that parking is a stacker system and cars must be less than; Height 1450mm, length 5150mm, width 1850mm. If your car is larger in any of these dimensions the scanner will not allow it into the parking space.

This modern apartment block is situated in a vibrant area close to restaurants,coffee shops and bus and rail transport.

Surrounded by the lively night scene of Kings Cross and renowned for its nightclubs. It is five minutes from the city. Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, the Rocks area are all within ten minutes. A few minutes walk to Rushcutters Bay and a short bus ride to all the lovely Harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.

Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Key collection is from 2:30pm onwards on your day of arrival

The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.

Cleaning Issues:

In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.

Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.

If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.

Departure time is strictly 10am

On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.

ALL KEYS, REMOTES AND SWIPES MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
