The house was built in 1941 and was completely renovated in 2014. There is a cool, whimsical vibe to the house and it shows much better in person. Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. We are half a block from Main St. and you can watch the parade pass by on 4th of July. Walking distance to pier, downtown restaurants, bars and shops.

Wonderfull stay.

This property is better than the pictures. Very clean and updated. Has everything you need. Walking distance to downtown and beach. The manager was available for our needs. Would highly recommend.

Relax and enjoy!

This property was exactly what I was looking for....a comfortable home in a great neighborhood, and great location. The house was comfortable, and had a fantastic living space outside. I parked my car in the driveway and was able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the pier. The owners were so nice and very accommodating. I would rate this property a10 out of 10 based on my experience. I will rent this propeerty again...

Perfectly cozy in a great neighborhood!

We had the opportunity to stay at this property while admitting our daughter to a college in Irvine. The host, Krystine and her Dad was a fantastic host with great communications. Property is well equipped and clean throughout. Great location in a nice/safe neighborhood. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to cook if you choose. Towels were fluffy and white and in great condition. Highlight of our trip was to ride the bikes in the property(had 4) to see the California sunset and numerous shops and eateries nearby (5 minutes). We will definitely book hear again if we are back in this area. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Perfect House in Perfect Neighborhood in Perfect Town

Potentially the best place we’ve stayed at! The listing doesn’t make this house justice, as it’s even better than it looks. Krystine and her dad -Chu- were amazing hosts (Chu even bothered to leave some candy for our kids at the door while we’re gone at the beach). The house itself is just incredibly beautiful and a haven of peace and calm, with an amazing all around patio from which you can see the elegant palm trees on the street. If you’re looking for a SoCal vacation, this is the beat value you can get. Highly recommend!!
