We rent the rooms out only monthly. Bedding, towels and wireless internet are included. The rates include Tax and Service Charge and you can use all our facilities

Free Wi-Fi is available at the public area of the iSanook Residence. If you need your own Wi-Fi in your room it will cost 500 baht per month.

The monthly rate is without electricity and water charge (8 bht/unit electric and 25 bht/unit water after usage). Cleaning is also not included.
