Comfortable and great location

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our family of 5 (plus one friend) spent the past 10 days at this apartment.The GOOD:1. Karina and her team at Playa Moments were great to deal with. Responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend Karina and Playa Moments.2. The location of this apartment was great. Steps to the beach and steps to the bustling 5th Ave.3. The complex was safe, clean and well maintained.4. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was well equipped and was spacious.The NOT SO GOOD:This apartment is in need of some repairs and upgrades. The water trickles out of the kitchen faucet rendering the faucet almost useless. The drain in the primary bathtub/shower drains so slowly that the tub fills up while you are showering. The tub ledge holds water every time you shower and as a result has moldy spots. The main door does not latch properly unless it is slammed or lifted as it is shut. The fridge defrosts on a regular basis causing water to leak out of the bottom of the fridge every time.Due to the condition of the apartment, we would not return to this apartment, however we would utilize Playa Moments to rent an apartment in the future.Furthermore, upon check-out, we were informed that our wrist bands needed to be returned or a $10USD charge would apply for each wrist band not returned. At no time was this clearly communicated to us. As our older children had departed days earlier, we were charged $40USD for the four wrist bands we could not return. This was a disappointing way to end our stay at this apartment.
