Recently renovated, this huge property is now divided into three self contained apartments. Each has own kitchen/s, bathroom/s and laundering facilities. It is possible to book units A and B together or units B and C. For larger parties/groups units A, B and C could be available as one.

This listing is for Unit B which consists of 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 ensuite.

A nice covered deck with a pleasant outlook over the dunes to the water, it's own gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The sunken lounge has a comfortable suite with flat screen Free view TV. The open plan lounge/dining area is looked over from a well equipped kitchen having a in-wall oven and microwave, bench top hobb, fridge freezer, front loader wash machine.

A separate shower/toilet services the main house, bedroom 1 has 1 set of single bunks and 1 Duo Bunk, bedroom 2 has 2 Queen beds and has a supporting ensuite with its own toilet and shower (over the bath).

NOTE: IN ORDER TO KEEP A GOOD STANDARD IN THE PROPERTY THERE WILL BE A $60 CLEANING CHARGE FOR EACH BOOKING.

No pets, No smoking.

Please bring your own Duvets, pillows, linen, pillowslips and towels. No tea, coffee or milk is provided, there will be sufficient toilet paper for starters and at least 1 blue rubbish sack per unit.

If coming to NZ from overseas the local launderette has a linen service. Hire of port a cot and highchair can be available.

On application for this property you will be sent an application form which needs to be completed and returned to us with photo ID.

Please note, we require a security bond of $300-500 depending on party size (refunded to your nominated bank account on successful inspection of the property after it has been vacated.) We also require a $50 agents letting fee for each unit, this pays for the inspections which are often carried out outside of normal office hours.

Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$60.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
