Family vaca

This home was centrally located to both airports. The check in process was easy and we were in the pool minutes after arriving! Only issue was the missing iPad to control the pool and hot tub so we had to contact them every time we wanted to use either. We would definitely stay there again.

Final 4 Fantastic

We booked our trip back in the winter in hopes of our team, Purdue reaching the Final 4 in Arizona. It all worked out and Jermey’s place was perfect for us. We all loved the pool and laying out on the deck chairs. The porch and lounge chairs are great for chilling. Place was perfect with 3 bed rooms and two full baths. Washer & dryer were modern, along with the fridge and all kitchen appliances. Big screen was great along with the huge couch. Location is key. Minutes from ASU, downtown took like 15-20 min and getting all around Phoenix is doable from this location. Tempe Break

Nice place, quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and listed exactly it was. The neighborhood was quiet and close to amenities. Jeremy and Krista were prompt with answering questions we had. It was nice to have the hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

Fabulously located South of the 60 in Tempe. We purchased this home for our older boys while attending ASU. Tempe is centrally located in Phoenix Metro area and always has a lot going on. This home was recently renovated and has everything you'd need to enjoy your time in Tempe.
