Sedona offers a rich night sky: it is a place where on cloudless nights the Milky Way is not just visible but cuts a wide and naturally bright swath across the sky. Per City of Sedona ordinance, lighting throughout the whole city is restricted and kept at a minimum. Please be aware of this when traveling at night and do not hesitate to call us if you need further directions.

Good place to stay for a week in Sedona. Clean good layout for six with joined room villa condo..
Only problem was upstairs and a tiny noise in bath fan buzzed downstairs bedroom every time turned on.
Otherwise a cool.place to stay.
The resort was beautiful. We had a great two bedroom. Plenty of room for two adults and two college age kids. We were very close to the adult outdoor hot tub and pool. We used it every day after hiking and since it was adults only it was very quiet!
We would stay at this resort again.
The grandchildren really enjoyed the ability to run around after being cooped up in car. Only there one night.
Great experience the whole way through. Beautiful property, awesome Jacuzzi, wonderful and clean suite
This is our second stay at Sedona Summit; actually, neither stay was planned, mostly a stay by default. We have stayed many places in Sedona, this one I would list about in the middle tier.
The front desk people are wonderful and very welcoming, but if you go to the concierge to pick up a 'welcome packet' you WILL be subjected to a hard sell to attend a timeshare meeting. My advice: grab a handful of candy and run!
Summit is situated at the outskirts of West Sedona, so pretty central to everything in town and out. Dining close by, some very good restaurants. Our favs are Barking Frog, Cattle Club (sit outside and get any buffalo entree), Oak Creek Brewery (salads are great), and Javalina Cantina (call ahead to see if they can make portabella fajitas; not on menu but fabulous).
Sedona Summit itself is comfy, but to get a 2BR we were given a lock-off unit which is great for 2 couples but not for 2 girlfriends who want a little more togetherness. Two really big gripes are the pillows, (lots and all huge and lumpy) and the lighting in the units which is very bad, not even good enough to read in the living room. Nice pools that no one uses in winter. Not actually owning a timeshare here we could not get the really good units with the best views, but as a nice base from which to experience Sedona, it's not bad.
Overall, this was a very nice resort area. The accommodations were great. I was a bit surprised by the fact that it was not really a VRBO. It is a resort. I generally though VRBO was VRBO, but I guess they allow some resorts to advertise. I kind of like the personal aspects of VRBO sites, and this was a little confusing, because they spoke of an added "resort fee" which wasn't mentioned in the initial advertisement, and they tried to sell me vacation packages, etc. That kind of thing. The stay was nice, though.
