Spacious one bedroom air conditioned apartment, part of a 1914 heritage home, with separate full kitchen, living room, bathroom and all the facilities of home.

Full of character, the apartment has its original high ceilings, windows and polished wooden floors in the kitchen and bathroom.

The sunny north facing bedroom has a queen sized Indian teak four poster bed, made up with soft 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets, and matching teak furniture.

Relax in the living room in front of the 32" TV and watch a movie on the DVD player or stream something using the complementary wi-fi broadband.

You can create a home-cooked meal using the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave as well as all the usual pots and pans, crockery and cutlery you would expect.

There's even a Krups espresso coffee machine, centrifugal juicer and blender.

Take dinner outside into the north facing garden complete with outdoor dining furniture, sun umbrella and sun chairs nestled amongst lime, lemon and mandarin trees. There is bound to be one to pick to go in your GandT!

There is a washing machine tucked away in the bathroom and a clothes line in the garden, perfect for freshening everything up ready for more travels.

Whether you're in town on business or here on holiday we have everything you need from a hairdryer to an iron and ironing board.

Lots of free on street parking.

Special conditions:

No smoking. No parties or loud music, we live in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please treat the apartment as you would treat your own home and leave it as you found it.

Very cosy appartment with good location. Well stocked kitchen pantry and kitchen equipment. Even has a NutriBullet blender for your morning smoothie! I have used motels in the past but will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect really.

The location was perfect really. Close to the water, nature walks, the hub of Devonport, the ferry to the city. I travel often for work and mainly stay in hotels. So I'm fairly new to the Bookabach scene and was a little anxious about the safety aspect - but ladies, I felt extremely safe here. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous comfortable bed - it just really felt like a home away from home. It was a real gem - I'll definitely be back.

Was a wonderful bright and airy apartment with wonderful large bedroom and fourposter. It was well appointed, easy walking access to Devonport Domain where we spent most of the week, and down to the village. It was equipped with everything we needed. I recommend this apartment to everyone.
