Approximately 13 Miles to Jet Blue Park the new 2012 Red Sox Training Stadium and only 4 miles to Hammond Field home of Minnesota Twins Spring training. Just 6 miles to beach and Sanibel Island. Located on the Lee County Regional Hospital Campus with 58 bus public transportation stopping at hospital door.

The nearby Caloosahatchee River has lots of things to do like boating, fishing, sunning and bathing at public parks, with lots of restaurants along McGregor Blvd Also on McGregor Blvd near the City of Ft. Myers are the Ford and Edison Museums The Barbara Mann Theater is nearby for cultural entertainment.The San Carlos Blvd accesses the Beaches at the North end of the Island. Along the way you'll pass 2 miniature golf courses restaurants and the charter fishing center. Under the bridge and to the left before crossing are more restaurants. But crossing that bridge will give you the real feeling that you are on vacation. To the West on Summerlin Road 8 miles is the causeway for Sanibel & Captiva Islands.

Superb landlord, great location
Conrad has a very nice home: huge master bedroom/bathroom with large walk-in closets, garage space if you need it, a grill, and even a bike to use. He’s very nice, and easy to communicate with via phone calls. Check-in process was not very smooth due to the HOA, but once that was all settled then getting into the gated community is slick. Pool is just a skip away. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the Sail Harbour area and the people we made friends with. The property it’s self had a number of things that needed fixed and many that needed replaced. My husband was repairing or fixing something many days inside this place. We will be back in this development next year but not this same property.

I'm a real estate broker for 46 years as a Realtor and 25 years as a home builder. I appreciate good construction which this unit represents. I like to be outdoors with warm temperatures. I enjoy playing tennis and swimming. I play sanctioned USTA tournaments at home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2010 I expanded my tournaments by traveling to Florida and playing two tournaments in Naples.

Why they chose this property

I have a couple of long time friends who live here. One of them did my title insurance work . For years we stayed at their units and finally decided to buy after traveling both coasts of Florida. We didn't see it all but enough to make a decision to buy in Fort Myers a rapidly growing community with an international airport.. We decided on Sail Harbour after looking around at other nearby sub divisions. Our unit was built in 2006. We purchased it 2010 and furnished it in 2011. It's a part of the hospital campus. The gated community is on the hospital electric grid so we don,t have power outages. A real bonus. And if needed, the hospital is walking distance. A sight to see is a visit to the hospital which has an unbelievable architectural interior with a restaurant available to the public. The bus is another great feature for your visiting guests who don't rent a car. It stops in front of the hospital and travels to the airport and to shops throughout Ft. Myers. I also chose this location because you have quick access to the beaches, access to the river activities, access to the baseball stadiums, and very close access to grocery and drug store shopping, and restaurants. Its just very convenient and its also a very overall new area of Ft Myers.. If the theater is something you like the Barbara Mann Theater is only 5 miles away at the campus of
Florida Southwest University.

What makes this property unique

I travel to facilities to play tennis like Fort Myers Racket Club and Park Meadows tennis and then come back to the community pool at Sail Harbour for a swim in the heated pool.. My wife and I go to the beach early before 9:30 am or over to the river for a boat ride. ANYTHING WE WANT TO DO. ITS A VACATION. If you like to cook. You will be happy to know the kitchen is fully equipped. A gas operated barbecue is available located in the garage. An added feature in the kitchen is the indirect lighting above the cabinets. The interior ceilings are 10' high trayed with knocked down finish on the walls and ceramic tile throughout the first floor, enhance the exterior Mediterranean style of architecture. .
