3 Bedroom/2 Bath mid-century beauty minutes from downtown

My house is a beautifully maintained rancher with original hardwood floors throughout. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds on the main floor. There is a lower ground level suite with a king bed and attached en suite bathroom. There are also two memory foam cots which can be set up to comfortably sleep a total of 8 people.

The property is 3/4 acre with the back 1/2 acre fully fenced so your pet can run free like it is it's own park. Every amenity in the house is up to top hotel standards. The beds have new firm mattresses with memory foam toppers and high thread count cotton sheets. The pillows are feather with hypo-allergenic spares. The kitchen is equipped with a ton of cooking gadgets and the back deck has both a charcoal BBQ and a propane grill for the outdoor cooker. The TV entertainment system has every premium cable channel as well as a Blu-Ray player and Sega vintage video game console. There is also a working 1970's record player console and tons of books and board games.

It is 15 minutes to downtown Broadway, 10 minutes to all the East Nashville hot spots, 10 minutes to Opryland and 15 minutes from the airport.

Although it is close to every city attraction it has a rural feel and is located on a street which winds along the Cumberland River. Country living in the heart of the funnest city in America!

Why Brian Irwin chose Nashville

The house is located in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville. The properties are much larger than in the 5 Points area and there is a much more rural country feel even though it is a quick drive to all of the best bars, restaurants and honky-tonks. You can take the back streets to some of the best coffee shops, music venues and brew pubs that this hip part of town has to offer. Plus when you are done checking out the town you can chill out on your own private beautiful outdoor deck or watch your favorite movie or sports team on a top of the line entertainment system.

What makes this house unique

A veterinarian lived in the house before I bought it and she had the back 1/2 acre fully fenced with a 5 foot high chain link fence which is fully dog proof. The gate has a padlock on it which is locked at all times. I welcome pets and they seem to really love playing in the large yard. If your pets are sociable with others they will have a ball playing with my dogs. If they are not I am respectful and will make arrangements so that they are not sharing the yard at any time. The front 1/4 acre is for the exclusive use of the guests and although it is not fenced it is and excellent private park for them to roam around on with a leash.

I reside in a smaller separate dwelling at the back of the fenced yard with my dogs. They are very friendly mixed breed Spaniel/Daschund mutts and get along very well with people and other dogs as well. I generally stick to myself but I am always available for helping out with tips on what to do and see in Nashville. I work in the music industry and I have pretty good insider's knowledge about cool things for visitors to check out they may not find in a guidebook. That being said, I respect all guests privacy and only interact if I am solicited to do so. I am also very handy so if there is a question about the house (laundry, HVAC, TV and cable etc..) I am always available to fix any problems.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Brian's rental home in Nashville. The home was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed to cook several meals there. Brian was an excellent host and we highly recommend anyone stay there!

East Nashville Fun, funky, functional

Neighborhood was great, house/kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and fun collectibles and prints. Has a bachelor pad feel to it, which we expected from photos. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a few acoustic guitars to enjoy (although the oldest one was a bit dusty), good album collection and plenty of books.

Owner was a nice guy who lives in a tiny house on the property with his friendly pooches. Wouldsuggest a couple of potted trees on the left of the back deck to provide a little privacy from and for the neighbors. Having said that, they were no bother at all, but we enjoy lazy mornings in our pajamas. :)

Great house for couple's retreat.

Beautiful home close to all the best Nashville activities!!!

We had an amazing time in Nashville! Brian was very accommodating and so helpful in suggesting local points of interest. The house was very clean and had so much character- in a great neighborhood and short drive to anything you wish to do in Nashville. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur babies!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

very nice. quiet clean property close to the city

We knew this was a nice place as soon as we pulled in the driveway. Brian and his dogs met us at the gate, all friendly. lol. House was just as explained. 12 minute drive to the city of Nashville and all its bars and nightlife. Will stay next time we go that way.
