If I could give this location a zero I would. They completely ruined our entire trip. First let me tell you that I do not even think they really own this location. My friend and I landed at LAX at 10pm and went to our rental. They had provided us a key code and when we tried to use it we could not open the place. I looked back at my email and see that they had sent an email within the last couple of hours telling me that we had be "upgraded". I was already bothered because we would have stayed somewhere else but we had no where else to go. We get to the second location and it is not in as nice of an area or close to where we wanted to be. I was upset and when I called the person no one answered and the phone said this caller in not in service. My friend and I decided we would try to make the best of it and so we went out for the night. We get back at our place around 2am and when we walk in there is trash, random luggage and a wine bottle in the room. Someone had been in our room when we had literally thousands of dollars worth of stuff there. The other people who were assigned there were nice enough to leave their phone number and say they didnt expect roommates either. My friend and I are female and the people that they had assigned us with were all male. We had to leave the rental at 3am and were homeless for the rest of our trip in LA. They had the nerve to call me the following day and offer me a new place at no additional charge! How are they going to charge me the same amount when I did not even stay the first night because they had double booked the location?! I was so angry. The cherry on top of the whole story is that when my roommate and I were looking for new places to rent for the weekend that place was still listed as vacant! This is a complete scam. Unless you want to ruin your trip I would recommend not staying anywhere with this person. They should be removed from this website.
Accommodations and location were good. There were 5 of us going to LA for a bachelorette girls weekend. 5 slept comfortably. They only provided bath towels, no wash or dish towels so had to buy some. They didn't provide extra TP or paper towels but when we left I provided the feed back so should be better going forward. Parking is a daily challenge, the $45 permit is well worth it. Overall I would choose this again as it was nice and near everything, good neighborhood. We had a great time!
