OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Across Surf Rd. from the heart of Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk restaurants, shops and pubs.
- Large, communal swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.

LIVING AREA:
- Dining table with 4 chairs
- Breakfast Bar
- Queen sized sofa sleeper
- Oversized couch with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (1)
- King size bed in the bedroom
- Pac and Play and High Chair provided.

BATHROOMS: (1)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, hand washing soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- All community areas including pool area, grills and outdoor dining areas.
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
- Coin operated laundry room.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: 2 Smart Tv with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The association is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: The Garbage bins are on Arthur Street. To locate them, continue west on Arthur Street alongside the parking lot. They will be found on the left-hand side behind a white fence.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot on Arthur St. marked #9. Arthur is north of your unit.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoors only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and travelers.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always it was a great stay. Val Gal is wonderful to work with. This property is in need however of a cosmetic upgrade. I've stayed here for over 10 years in the same unit, and it is starting to show it's wear and tear. Still love it though, and will keep coming back. Thanks again!

Perfect for the two of us

The property was very close to the beach, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. ValGal was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. Beach chairs and parking were definite pluses!

Not what was expected for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Master bedroom and the living room were large and the beach was close. This was good. But there were jumbled cords and sockets running along the bedroom walls, closets with junk and pipes with turn off valves, broken dresser drawers, no diswhaser, filthy stove and pots. Roaches at night. And a headknocker shelf sticking out literally right over the kitchen sink. AND the photo on the rental photo does not show the unit where we stayed, which was two gates outside the pool area.This place needs a serious update and cleaning.
