About this property

Apartment completely renovated with a privileged view, 30 meters room and 3 balconies with view to the sea, 3 bathrooms, maid, two garage spaces. In addition to beauty, ap. has all the best: mattresses, closets in all rooms, household appliances: coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, iron, hair dryer, microwave, large fridge, TV 32, room table with 8 seats, Air Split conditioning and washing machine. Sauna pool. Promenade for walking, running on the edge. leisure area with skateboard square, skates and kiosks for 100 meters. Handicraft Market for 200 meters. Several restaurants around.
I leave in the apartment: 2 gallons of water 20 liters, sugar salt, coffee, oil, soap, detergent cleaning materials and floor cloth.
What to bring: dish cloth, bath towels and bed linen. Why do not I provide: Generally renters, use the bath towels and face as carpets, etc .. I do not have machinery to sterilize the clothes for this reason I ask to bring!

Imóvel e prédio um pouco antigos, mas isso pra mim só traz pontos positivos! - Ampla vaga de garagem coberta. - Apartamento amplo e recentemente reformado, ar condicionado SPLIT ao contrário da maioria que olhei que eram os antigos de parede. - ótimos utensílios domésticos, cozinha completa. - camas confortáveis e novas. - não tem nenhum cheiro de mofo! - localização muito boa, na divisa da praia do forte e praia da Dunas, na praia em frente ao prédio. - outro detalhe MUITO importante, TODAS as janelas pequenas e na área de serviço tem tela mosquiteiro, então a preocupação com pernilongos. - proprietária respondeu as dúvidas prontamente. - a Única coisa a ser melhorada é televisão que apesar de ser LCD é um pouco antiga, fica a dica para quem tem crianças como eu.

Tranquilidade à beira-mar

O imóvel é bastante espaçoso e exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Localização privilegiada, com bela vista para o lindo mar da Praia do Forte. Há disponibilidade de péquwnos comércios no entorno do imóvel e quiosque/barzinhos muito próximos. Camas confortáveis, bons aparelhos de ar-condicionado, cozinha completa e a simpatia da proprietária que recebe seus hóspedes com bolo e cafezinho.
