The Orleans House ((permit # CASR- 201514614) is a spacious 1925 Craftsman home has been lovingly restored, and is now available for vacation rental. This location is exceptional, in that The Orleans House is in a super safe & walkable area, making this the perfect getaway spot for your group. Located at the base of famous “Love Circle”, this West End neighborhood has been the heart of Nashville society for the past 100 years. Just up the hill is John Rich’s outrageous “Mt. Richmore” mansion, and famous entertainment executives are sprinkled throughout the eclectic neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to some of Nashville best coffee shops and restaurants. And Drug stores, grocery stores, and shopping are all within half a mile. The convention center, the Ryman, and the Honky-Tonks of Lower Broadway are only 3.7 miles away! It's also just 3 blocks from Vanderbilt University, 1.4 miles to Belmont University and minutes to fabulous Hillsboro Village and 12th South areas. This spacious home on Orleans Avenue is also very easy to find: just two turns off the interstate and you're pulling into your driveway. The amazing Green Hills area is less than 5 minutes away if you would like to shop at Whole Foods or visit Nordstroms at the Mall. The Orleans House is a perfect blend of enjoying the city while still feeling as if you're home. It's YOUR vacation home. Inside, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen, 4 "official" bedrooms plus 2 other sleeping spaces, 3.5 baths, a dining room, a sun room, an upstairs den, and a spacious living room with the original 1920's tile fireplace. Out back, you’ll enjoy evenings in our newly installed hot tub, a flagstone patio with gas grill water fountain pond, and an elaborate garden terrace that you have to see to believe! All you need to bring is your clothes and your food. We provide coffee and kitchen amenities. We go the extra mile for our guests and also provide eco -friendly bath soaps, shampoo and conditioners.

When you arrive in Nashville, we can provide a greeter to help you settle in to the property, or if you prefer, we can just provide you a secure door code prior to your stay. Greg is the owner of the Orleans House. Originally from North Carolina, he has been a Nashville resident and successful business owner for over 30 years. Marcia adds the designer's touch to the homes, and helps to manage the properties. Both Greg and Marcia are veterans in the entertainment and film business.

Why Greg Page chose West End Park

This area has always been an amazing combination of high class and eclectic homes and characters. This is not a 'neighborhood in transition'. This is Old South Money. When this lovely Craftsman home came available at the base of Love Circle, we had to have it. As awesome as the house is, it was the back yard that captivates me most. A former owner was CEO of a big Nashville construction company, and he made the hillside terrace into his personal landscaping playground. You can walk any direction from The Orleans House and not worry about hitting a 'Bad Area'.

Great Get Away!

Greg, the owner, was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We had 11 people stay super comfortable. They hot tub was secluded and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were well equipped and even had blow dryers!

Great Nashville Home!

Conveniently located. It was perfect for our group and we loved the location. We absolutely loved the hat closet! It made for some great photos of our group. A really nice touch. It was nice that we had coffee for the morning too. Beds were comfy and the house was quiet. Thank you for the stay!

Spacious Home, Great for Bachelorette Parties

This house is PERFECT for a Bachelorette party! Close to downtown, spacious, and lots of beds. The kitchen has plenty of amenities and we were able to comfortably host 11 girls without having to be on top of each other the whole time. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location

This old house is in a great location. Within walking distance of several restaurants and a convenience store. Short drive to a small grocery and only a few minutes to downtown. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold when we were there and the pipes to the upstairs faucets froze the first night. Thankfully, Steven was quick to respond and had the water flowing again within a couple of hours! Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to Nashville.

AMAZING

We went to Nashville with 5 couples and had the best time! The owner, Greg, may have been the nicest, most accommodating host ever. I made a big oops in booking (wrong dates!) and Greg was amazing and ended up being able to help us out to allow us to be able to stay on what we thought we had booked. He was so responsive when i had a million questions leading up to our stay. The house is equipped with anything you could possibly need. It’s a short Uber ride to broadway which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms were so comfortable and everyone had their own space. If you are traveling to Nashville and want to stay at an amazing property with the classic southern hospitality I thought was only in movies- this is your place! Worth every penny of our stay. Thank you Greg, you were truly amazing in all your efforts when I almost let down 9 of my closest friends!!!

Adorable home with lots of history and great character

Great place for the whole family to gather. We enjoyed this adorable historic house and it was close to everything we needed for the weekend. It had all we needed, including coffee, tea, sugar, and etc. The only reason I did a 4 star rating and not a 5 star was because the corner sectional in the main living room would separate and slide around too much (couch is different than what's in the pictures). Other than that slight drawback, this home was wonderful.
