Why Nicole Church chose Alaska

Jim and Nicole bought the property in 2004. They designed and built the Inn themselves with the help of a few friends. They were motivated by the knowledge that there was a real need for water front accommodations where guests could feel they had found their 'home away from home' and would go back home knowing they had experienced the best Ketchikan had to offer.
