This is a private home and not a commerical hotel or accommodation. There are no hotel services.
Wifi and Transit cards available for additional charge. Please enquire for more info. Wifi is $30.00 per 3G with a $60.00 deposit which is refundable when dongle returned, and transit cards each have a $10.00 deposit and you can load with credit as you need. Deposits will be refunded when dongle and cards returned. You can pay in advance through ------- but you will need to advise BEFORE you confirm your booking as they will need to be added. They can also be decided on and paid for in cash upon check in.
If you book this unit for 2 person you will only have access to One bedroom. If you need two bedrooms you will need to book the unit as 3 or 4 persons.
Complete private unit and all resident facilities at the complex including BBQ area, GYM and Pool area.
Wifi, transit cards, and mid stay cleans are additional costs.

Then, we're only a phone call away if you have questions.
We'll prearrange a check out time and meet up to get the keys, when unit left tidy and undamaged the prepaid deposit will be refunded. A 200.00 cleaning fee and 400.00 security bond is due at time of check in (USD/AUD/EUR/UKL) . The security bond will be refunded if the keys are return and apartment is in undamaged, clean and tidy condition. Pool towels washed, dishes clean and in cupboards. Travelmob is unable to hold a damage deposit so it must be paid in cash upon checkin or by credit card into Paypal 48hrs before stay.

From the doorstep it is only a 15 metre walk to public transit that travels all over the city. 10 minutes to the CBD on the bus access on the express bus..
There is one secure underground parking spot. We're 5km off the Gateway which takes you north to the Sunshine coast in 1 hour or south to the Gold Coast in 1 hour.
House Rules: HOUSE RULES
All Guests are to be Non-smokers. This is a non smoking apartment and non smoking building. Security deposit will be forfeited. Do NOT book this apartment if you are a smoker.
We live in a quiet building, so loud music and large parties are prohibited. Guests must not make excessive noise or disturb neighbours and other residents. No excess noise or running in pool area.

RETURN OF KEYS
Please do not lose these keys. You will be charged $250.00 for each set to be replaced.
STRICTLY No eating or drinking including chocolates/lollies/crisps in bedrooms. Ample wardrobe space is provided and guests are asked to store their belongings in the wardrobe/drawers to avoid damaging walls.
Please note that guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property. Please contact me prior to departure to notify me of any spills, damages or breakages.
Check out is between 7am and 10:00 AM unless otherwise negotiated.
Check in normally takes place at 2pm or after on arrival day, although by prior arrangement you can usually arrive and leave your luggage at the apartment after 12:00 noon, whilst the cleaning cycle is being finished. If you need early check in you will need to book the night prior to ensure the apartment is available.
Keys are provided by myself (or a check in person on my behalf) by meeting you at the apartment at a pre arranged time. Cash deposit of 400.00 due at this time of check in if not paid at booking through paypal. You will normally have the opportunity to be shown around and to ask questions at this time. We will let you know how to access the building, the pool, BBQ and gym area, parking if booked, and also show you where the linens/towels are kept.
The bedding arrangements should be advised before check in or 1 king with two singles will be provided.
ELECTRICITY and GAS
Included. Please be courteous with your usage. Please note that this is a large apartment and lights are expensive, so please turn off lights whenever possible to conserve energy.
