The heart of the home is the huge kitchen, which is fully equipped with top of the range fittings, as well as a sleek and modern design. The relaxed seating area included in this space is flooded with natural light, courtesy of the floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer direct access to the private courtyard. The courtyard itself is the perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ and soak up the sun. Relaxation here is easy, with the high, ivy covered walls affording you ultimate privacy.
Also on the ground level is the second guest bedroom, which not only has its own ensuite, but also private access onto the courtyard. Tucked away under the main stairway, a powder room, and a separate dining room, with a beautiful wooden table setting, complete the ground floor accommodation.
Moving up to the first floor, you will find the sumptuous master suite. A very large room, the ensuite is uber luxurious, containing not only a shower, but a bath too.
The three remaining bedrooms are situated in a separate 'kids retreat' part of the house and they share a spacious bathroom. Bright and fun, these rooms will delight both children and adults alike.
Set on a wide street, with no through traffic and with the MSAC pool at one end and a beautiful leafy park at the other, the area is serene and blissfully quiet.

For those super hot days when you really need to cool off, Albert Park swimming pool is conveniently located just across the street.
There are three trams within a very short distance. The light rail 96 runs to Bourke Street, the 112 at the end of the street runs into Collins Street and the No 1 at the other end of the park goes to the Arts Centre.
