The Sugar Mill Tower is accessed by descending a long set of stairs to the entrance. The Tower is not suitable for wheel chairs or anyone who has difficulty with steps.
Pricing is based on occupancy of one en suite bedroom for no more than two persons.
There is a second en suite bedroom available in the tower which accommodates one or two additional people.
Depending upon the time of year, the rate for the second room varies.
If you book one en suite bedroom, the other room will not be booked to another party for the duration of your stay. This ensures your privacy and full access to the amenities of Sugar Mill Tower.
We offer long term discounts for stays of 28 days or more.
The Sugar Mill Tower is on the estate of the magnificent L'Anse aux Epines House & Gardens which is also listed on AirBnB as Waterfront Garden Villa - Grenada.
We the right to cancel any booking if, in the unlikely event, the property is damaged or rendered unusable for any reason.

Grenada has amenities. To help make your getaway special, we can connect you with any of the following: photographer, jeweler, cake specialist, florist, chef, driver, diving, snorkeling, sailing, sailing lessons, paddle boards, bicycles, kayaks, waterfalls, parks, laundry services, restaurants, beautiful beaches, paradise and more.
The University Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is within 5 minutes walking distance or less than 1 minute by car. We will be glad to arrange club access and make reservations for you.
Prickly Bay Marina, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a short walking distance or less than 2 minutes by car.
The Junction Cafe is open from 730am to 3pm, Monday through Saturday. It is within 15 minutes walking distance or less than 3 minutes by car.

On grounds parking. Almost all of our guests book rental cars. Taxi and driver services are available. A local bus will stop anywhere along the road if you signal to it.
Book your rental cars well in advance. Don't wait until you are on island to secure a car. Peak visiting months (December through April plus July and August) can be especially taxing on the island's supply of rental cars. If you plan to visit Grenada during low-season (May through June plus September) don't count on being able to book a car at the last minute. Grenada's new stadium hosts international competitions drawing athletes, sports organizations and fans from around the world. Car rentals spike at these times and for other events. New car imports are increasingly expensive making the demand for used cars competitive and pricey. All of this strains Grenada's rental car fleet. Plan ahead and don't take chances. Book early.
Because we have a gravel parking area, motorcycles, scooters and mopeds are not permitted inside the gate. They can be parked on the roadside, across from the gate.

The Sugar Mill Tower is located in L'Anse Aux Epines, which is Grenada’s premier residential district and the location of many embassies including the American Embassy. Within minutes drive from L’Anse aux Epines there is a wide choice of excellent restaurants. The world famous Grande Anse beach is 5 minutes drive away, as is the large new Grande Anse shopping centre. St Georges town is 15 minutes away. The Grenada Golf Course and Country Club is 10 minutes away.
