It's fun to get in shape when it's an EASY walk to EVERYTHING. Walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors' offices, and the gorgeous public library. Or, enjoy relaxing with the newspaper and your morning coffee on the lanai.

This recently updated town home is bright and airy with gleaming tile floors, new granite countertops, recessed lighting, new interior doors, mirrored closets, and magnificent palm tree and mountain views.

Cable T.V. and unlimited Internet are available.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a beautifully tiled shower with easy-access grab bars, shower seat, and hand-held shower head. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and access to a second hallway bath with full tub.

The sunny eat-in kitchen has a full refrigerator as well as a new range, a new oven, a new microwave, and a large pantry. It is generously furnished with dishes, cookware and small kitchen appliances.

There is a separate living room and family room with additional eat-in areas and a big screen T.V. The walk-in laundry room has a nearly new washer and dryer and offers tons of storage.

A covered carport will house your automobile until you are ready for a day trip to Disneyland, San Diego Zoo and museums, Palm Springs, or Temecula for the hot air balloons or wine tasting!

Sun City - fun city

We chose this property as we were first time snowbirders and felt that being in a senior community that was close to many activities and shopping would be best for us. This site is an hour away from San Diego, many beaches, Palm Springs and Disneyland which was an added bonus. There are also nice parks and restaurants in the area. This property is clean and the area generally is quiet. Our only concern was that some of the small appliances and cookware are old and bath towels and linens need to be replaced. Also unfortunately during the last month of our stay the HOA spray and killed the grass and tore up the front yards on the street to replace with water saving materials while at the same time cut trees and limbs in the backyard/patio area which made it too noisy and unusable.

Great Location / Great Stay

This is a wonderful residence, located just north of Temecula, CA. Perfectly situated, you can easily visit San Diego to south and Palm Springs to the north. Pat is a wonderful owner, we highly recommend this property!!

Our stay in Minifee

the wife and I were very comfortable , Everything needed is included in the rental. We would stay again if the need arose. Shops and stores are nearby . Our home was damaged due to a broken water pipe and stayed several months until it was repaired.

I am a recently retired kindergarten teacher who helped my mother buy this property in 1994. I always return to this family place, smiling at great memories and with a sense of serenity. I would be especially delighted to find tenants who would like to return seasonally as a winter home or summer retreat each year.

Why they chose this property

Mother and I found this place after she decided it was time to move from snowy Illinois. Neither of us ever took the wonderful weather or the idyllic setting for granted. Mother never tired of expressing her gratitude for the convenience, beauty, and sunny weather that gives Sun City its name.
