Awesome Location but lacking quality and attention to detail

Where to start - we rented this unit for a month and upon arrival we noticed quite a few deficiencies in the property - not big issues per say but things we would expect to be better for the price. There were cleaning issues such as mold in the showers and the laundry room was terrible. Mirrors were cracked, missing light globes and sink stoppers. Over half the lights were out in the kitchen and the mattress in the master bedroom was virtually unusable - very old and uncomfortable. We called the property manager and he came and fixed most of the lights in the kitchen and brought a mattress topper for the bed. He did offer to bring in a cleaning crew but by then we had cleaned the condo enough on our own. Overall this place had a nice view, great pools and hot tub with direct access to the beach. Unfortunately either the owner or the manager really do not pay a lot of attention to quality or detail. We rented for a month and were disappointed and will not return to this unit. Very unfortunate because we loved the location but will look for an alternative in future years.

Dishwasher inoperable with dirty dishes left inside. No start up toilet paper, dish towels etc. had to purchase batteries to get TVs to work. Floors needed mopped . first communication with manager was positive but did not carry thru!

Beautiful Condo, Family Friendly

We had a wonderful trip and felt the value for this rental exceeded our expectations. The pools were clean and the beach was gorgeous. The house was well stocked and the lay out was ideal for our family. Would absolutely rent again.

Great stay, elevator issue

reservation had not been sent over from the rental company, elevator was down at one point and we were staying on 10th floor with a handicapped person in our party. Other than these issues, stay was great
