This property is very centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and the Greater Los Angeles area. You can get to Hollywood in 20 minutes, and the San Fernando Valley in less than 30. Burbank airport is only 20 minutes away and LAX is 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I'm near the MTA Gold Line, Southwest Museum station where you can buy a day pass for only $7.00 and go just about anywhere in this city in a day. I'm half a block from the Glendale freeway which you don't hear at all. Additionally it's very quiet here as I'm up in the hills. It feels like the country when you're here, but in minutes you can get to most any of Los Angeles' hot spots.

Nice place to stay in Eagle Rock area
This place has all of what you want - all the basic necessities when renting a place. The bathroom is spacious, while bedroom is fine - but small. There is no separate living room or dining room (or permanent dining room table). There is also a micro-kitchen - refrigerator, microwave and coffee/tea maker. The best feature is location - easy to get to downtown LA or neighboring areas, like Pasadena; and easy access to highways. Since we were visiting family, we spent most of the time outside of the rental; so the rental was perfect for us.
We stayed a few days for an anniversary get away. We had everything we needed. Judy was thoughtful and provided snacks. The house is in a quiet a neighborhood. We would definitely recommend.
It was awesome!,
It was perfect, very close to the freeway entrance, but you didn’t hear the freeway! We had coffee, cereal, milk and lots of snacks. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked very inviting.
The laundry was very handy, she had laundry detergent available, but I brought my own. The room was very nice, bed was very comfortable.
We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at The Master Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The Master Suite is ideally located to explore Pasadena and the Los Angeles area. The property had many enjoyable features such as their pool, outdoor fire pit, and nice views to watch the sunset from the front deck. Judy, the owner, could not have been more accommodating providing a plethora of snacks, coffee and tea selections, and breakfast items for us to partake which we did! The room was well appointed and decorated. We appreciated the robes and beach towels. Judy provides laundrey facilities and even has a barbecue for guests to use. We enjoyed evenings so much at her property that we decided to stay in 2 of the 3 evenings of our stay. We would highly recommend The Master Suite to anyone looking for a wonderful home base from which to explore the Los Angeles area!
The property is located, centrally in between Glendale and Pasadena, north of Downtown Los Angeles. The L.A. zoo and Griffith Park Observatory are only 7 miles away. The Americana at Brand is only 3 miles away. Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl Stadium are only 6 miles away. The Rose Bowl has a fun antique, flea market on the 2nd Sunday of every month.

No pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY, and guests are expected to safely dispose of the cigarette butts. Guests are allowed to use the laundry facilities located outdoors on the upper patio. Guests are also allowed to use upstairs kitchen facilities. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and other grooming supplies included.
