Undoubtedly the most striking aspect of this sleek penthouse, are the numerous private balconies. Choose from admiring the port over breakfast, watching the afternoon activity taking place in Albert Park or evening views of the city skyline. Whichever option you choose, at any time of day, you are guaranteed to not be disappointed.
Although the views are spectacular, the inside is more than an equal match for the large decks. The open plan living/dining area is huge and fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or just relax with a Foxtel movie - this isn't reserved for just the living area either, two of the bedrooms also have Foxtel, perfect for those groups who just can't agree on what to watch! A Marantz sound system provides an alternative to the televisions, and creates the perfect background noise for enjoying a glass or two of wine on the balcony.
The four bedrooms are spacious and modern, the master featuring a private ensuite. This, and the family bathroom, both have Italian marble throughout.
Elsewhere in the complex, there is a communal pool and gym which guests are more than welcome to use. A parking space in a secure garage completes the amenities on offer with this spectacular apartment.
Children over the age of 10 are welcome in this beautiful property.
Port Melbourne is a diverse suburb and offers up many activities to pass the time. Plant yourself at 3 Station Pier or Waterfront and people-watch as the Spirit of Tasmania ferry arrives, and the international cruise ships dock. Step back from the beach to Bay Street. Scout quality coffees at Balderdash and My Sister Says and find best French provisions at Noisette. Shop up a storm at Bay Street's swanky boutiques and absorb a spot of culture at MARS Gallery. The Graham, The Local and the Railway Club Hotel will set you up with boutique beers and top-notch pub grub, while Rose Bar & Diner and Dalmatino provide alternative dining options.
You need to retreat from the waterfront to find the suburb's best coffee, with Salford Lads Club and Station Street Trading Co. both worth a detour.
