This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is a 10 minute walk from the city via The Domain and right in the heart of the vibrantly historical Woolloomooloo suburb with fine dining, casual restaurants and cafes as well as picturesque alfresco dining along the length of Finger Wharf.

Located on the third floor in a corner position, this stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has views to the CBD, Botanical Gardens, Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the living room and balcony.

Relax and unwind on the terrace balcony and enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor table setting. At dusk, witness the migration of the flying foxes as they leave their nests in the Botanical Gardens in search of food.

On hot days enjoy a swim in the pool, take a dip in the spa or meditate in the sauna.

Take a five minute walk to any one of the four bars or stroll along the Finger Wharf to watch the boats or dine at one of the famous outdoor restaurants. If it's just a snack you are after, try a chunky, Aussie meat pie at the iconic celebrity eating spot Harrys Cafe de Wheels located just 100 metres away.

The apartment is walking distance to the city, Kings Cross, Botanical Gardens, Opera House and The Art gallery. Sydney Cricket ground and Football Stadium, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay Ferry terminal are just a short ride by car.

The apartment has a large stylish kitchen with ample bench space. The kitchen contains quality inclusions of dishwasher, cook top and oven, microwave, full size fridge and all kitchen ware.

The living and dining area is very spacious and features a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player.

If you are driving or renting a car, the apartment has secure parking for 1 vehicle.

This apartment has two large bedrooms. Main with king-sized bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom is hug with separate shower cubicle.

Laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine, front loading drier, iron and ironing board.

Great location close to Kings Cross train station. Walking distance to Botanic Garden and Circular Quay. Quiet. no napkins or paper towels or basic condiments, like salt & pepper, are provided, so make arrangements if you will be cooking and eating there. Also wasn't clear where guests were supposed to take their trash; we used small can in the luggage storage area in the lobby.

Everything was perfect. Above all. We forgot to pick-up the key to the apartment from the office on our way from the airport. Peter came all the way to get us the key from the office and let us in earlier, since the apartment was ready.

Every room of the apartment was large - both bedrooms, bathroom and living room and there were tons of windows and a balcony for cocktails or coffee. Everything you could need was in the apartment - fluffy towels, iron and all kitchen accessories. Right next door was a small playground that was perfect for the kids. Just a five minute walk to the train station.

This is a spacious, well located apartment in Woolloomooloo. Location is very good for getting into the CBD as well as the walk to Potts Point for cafes and supermarket.

The apartment however is tired - it ideally needs a full refurbishment, particularly replacement of carpets, bathroom and bedroom furniture and gain a repaint. The photos make the apartment appear in better cosmetic condition than it truly is.

Customer support is very good. I left an item in the apartment and it was no trouble to coordinate to meet the cleaner and collect.

I'd certainly rent from this company again, but I'd be wanting a more spruced up apartment next time.
