This 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo has been completely re-appointed from floor to ceiling. New stainless-steel appliances. Wood burning fireplace(stocked with wood). Flatscreens. A large deck with grill. It has excellent ski-in/ski-out access. Short walking distance to the new Base Village(150 yards) and the new and hip Viceroy Hotel(200 yards). Two of the bedrooms are kings with connected bathrooms. Double shower in the master, and jetted tub/ shower in the guest suite. The 3rd bedroom has 3 comfortable twin beds. The best pool/ hot-tub area in Snowmass Village.

Amazing views to the Hanging Valley Headwall. Very close to new base village, the Viceroy, Snowmass Mall.

Great place!

This is our second stay at this property, and we have enjoyed it thoroughly. It is well-maintained, is right on the ski slopes, and the hot tub was a favorite late day activity.

Holiday week get away.

The unit was exactly as we had hoped for. Steps to the slopes and minutes from restaurants and shops at the base. Our family’s 1st time at Snowmass and this location and amenities made a great impression. We are certain to come back. Thank you to the host for offering your place. What a wonderful experience.

Great family stay

Great unit, perfect family layout, can’t beat location to ski in/out or short walk to base village. Steps up to ski out can be a challenge if snowy and with kids, and initial access to unit is a little confusing and some steps are unavoidable with luggage. On site staff very accessible and helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Would absolutely stay again!
