My mother and brother came out to visit and we spent the weekend headquartered at Moose Lodge. The place was clean, well equipped and in a pleasant, off-the-road location. The house has a great floor plan and is modern and cheery. Could use a few more dishes and perhaps another easy chair. Everything is on one floor (except the hot tub), so it would be good for guests with broken legs or who are disabled. Proximity to ski lift would be a wintertime plus. I'd say it sleeps six. Nine would be very tight, and there would not be enough dishes or glassware.
