This place is incredible. When I got this place I wanted the best location, no neighbors on the same floor, lots of space, nice finishings and outdoor space. I wanted it all and I got it. Let's cover these one by one.
The location can't be beat. We are right next to Columbus Circle. That means you can get a quick train ride to anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. That said, you won't need a train to stay occupied as its right next to Central Park! You can walk to Times Square in less than 10 minutes. Its a Midtown address for you business travelers and shoppers. For the foodies, Hell's Kitchen is right there. For the museum lovers, we are right next to the Lincoln Center and the Upper West Side to reach the Natural History Museum and more.
No neighbors. This apartment is the entire floor of the building. There is no one else. Below it is an office so you don't have to worry about keeping anyone up at night and no one is there at all on the weekends.
The space is beautiful and huge. This is a completely renovated unit, completed in 2015. We had the whole floor gutted and rebuilt. All of the walls, floors, etc are brand new. It's a new place in an old building. Its the entire floor of the building. It's a true 3 bedroom. Beware of substitutes. Many in this city call their 2 beds, 3 beds. This is an actual 3 bedroom. All 3 bedrooms are very large by NYC standards. The living room is very spacious. Even the bathrooms are huge! It has around 1700 square feet or 188 square meters.
The finishings are all top of the line. Stainless steel appliances, beautiful name brand furniture (Pottery Barn and La-Z-Boy throughout), its all been thought of. Each room has a queen bed but there's also a sleeper sofa and two chairs which turn into beds which means there are 6 beds in all. The electronics are all as nice as you would expect in a place such as this. I stay here with my family during the summers so I spare no expense.
The outdoor space by NYC standards is huge. It has a patio! Do you know how rare that is? The patio has a dining table which seats 6.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor and is a walk-up. That means 2 flights of stairs. For you Europeans and Asians, that's the 2nd floor. The stairs aren't challenging but you need to know about them.
When I personally stay at other people's vacation rentals, I'm always disappointed by the quality of their supplies. You won't experience that with me. The kitchen supplies, the furniture, the towels, everything is top notch. We even have salon quality hair dryers!
Here are some other interesting features that stand out.
- One of the bathroom showers is also a steam room.
- We have an Apple TV so you can stream NetFlix or use it to have presentations at your company meeting.
- The beds and the bedding are top of the line. You will be able to rest here.
I'm in the Internet Business as my day job. I've been doing it for about 20 years now.
I have a wife and two daughters and we all love to travel. The place we love the most is New York and I also come here a lot on business, so when I had an opportunity to get this place I jumped on it. I'm not in the real estate business. I just rent the contents out to help cover my cost.

As stated in my description, the size, style, location, etc are all just perfect. I looked at hundreds of places before finally landing on this one. I love this apartment and I know you will too.
Its very difficult to find a place this big and nice in this location for the price I'm offering. I'm sure if you have found this page and are looking at this listing, then you already know that's true.
The location is perfect. We book vacation rentals quite often and this one has been our best experience so far. The apartment size is large and suitable for families who want to stay in one space versus multiple hotel rooms. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. The outside patio area was great!
The apartment is in a great location, it has good quality furnishings & linens which ensure a comfortable stay.
The owner, Rick & his assistant, Sheyla, are quick to respond to any queries; nothing is too much trouble for them.
We would & have already recommended the apartment to friends for their stay in New York.

Owners were excellent with communication on all aspects of our trip. Lovely third floor condo all newly renovated and modern! Very clean and fully equipped. Great location close to Lincoln Center and Central park! Minutes walk to Times Square. Only draw back is no elevator. Not recommended for elderly people especially arriving and departing in with luggage to pack up and down the stairs. For us this was no problem. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property!
Stayed for 9 nights at this wonderful apartment with my extended family of 7. Rick and his assistant Sheyla were very responsive to our needs and did everything to make us feel at home.
Starting with plush white towels, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and the fastest internet I've ever seen.
We had two issues that Rick and Sheyla addressed right away: One was with the hot water in the steam shower and the other with remodelling being done in the apartment above us. Both issues were worked around to our satisfaction.
The location is superb, close to most everything we wanted to be near of.
One word of advice is to pack light since you'll need to carry your bags two flights of stairs.
We were very happy that we were allowed to keep the apartment until mid afternoon the day of our departure, since our flights were late in the day.
In conclusion, would we recommend this apartment to friends and family? The answer is a resounding "yes"!
Enjoyed the space, a few small additions would be very helpful. We needed Dish detergent and kleenex. The outdoor space was not as clean as I would have liked.
The best thing about Columbus Circle is that you can get anywhere in Manhattan in 20 minutes or less. 1 block away you can get on 6 different trains, 3 of which are express trains. It's right next to Central Park and a close walk to Times Square. Its a premier address in NYC.
If you walk south, you are walking to Times Square and Midtown.
If you want west, you are heading into Hell's Kitchen were there are many incredible and reasonably priced restaurants.
East and you are going into Midtown were all the business action is.
North and you are going into the Upper West Side to go to the Natural History Museum or enjoy many of the fine restaurants and activities the area has to offer.
And of course, walk to the North/East and in just a few minutes you are in the middle of central park!
Columbus Circle also has a Whole Foods grocery store and an upscale Mall. Just search the internet for "the shops at columbus circle" to find a complete list.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this neighborhood. Before I got this apartment I spent 6 months researching the pros and cons of every location. I went with this because its the best for business (Midtown), leisure (Central Park), culture (The Theater District) and near a major subway hub for quick access anywhere in the city.
