Upon entering, the Baltic pine hallway provides a warm and luxurious welcome and leads to a large open plan living and dining area. The huge, and very comfortable, sofa is the perfect place to kick back and watch a movie, or simply to relax and read a good book. The breakfast bar is great for those who want to be involved with the kitchen activities, without actually doing the hard work of cooking! The kitchen itself is fitted with top of the range appliances, including an iLVE oven and Miele dishwasher.
Double doors lead into the private garden which comes complete with BBQ, dining area and ultra comfy and fun hanging seats. Also on the ground floor is a convenient powder room and children's rumpus room - ideal for families travelling with young children. The master bedroom is granted the peace and serenity of being on this level, away from the other bedrooms. With a huge walk in wardrobe and a beautiful ensuite, a couple of lucky guests won't even have to venture upstairs!
Heading to the upper level, the remaining three bedrooms are all brilliantly proportioned and stylishly decorated with bright splashes of colour perfectly offsetting the classic and timeless decor. The family bathroom is centrally located and is easily accessible for all guests. Tree top views towards the city form the ------- from the first floor windows.
