This fabulous 2 bed apartment with views of the water has everything you could want for a luxury escape with great indoor and outdoor living.

History meets luxury. Dating back to 1877, Sutton Grange is an iconic landmark in Mornington. Originally built for a wealthy landowner to sight the arrival of cargo ships, it has a fantastic north and west facing aspect. The apartment sets the scene for romantic evenings with sunsets, lovely views of the bay and boat harbour.

This fabulous 2 bedroom apartment which is only 6 houses from the beach, has views of the water, perfect for a luxury escape with great indoor and outdoor living. Set in private grounds Sutton Grange offers large private 2 car garage underground with additional guest parking if needed. Inside security gates this place is a real treat.

The property offers a perfect location - park the car and walk to the beach and supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Dine on your own balcony or private courtyard with BBQ and enjoy the sunset over the water. Featuring high ceilings with a beautiful chandelier, the apartment has been newly set up with all new equipment, furniture and decor.

The kitchen which is perfect for entertaining is modern and fully equipped including silver plate cutlery so you can either relax, whip up a meal or walk to some of the best restaurants that Mornington has to offer.

The property sleeps up to 5, each bedroom has its own bathroom and in one bedroom there is a Moran single bed chair (up to 1.5m tall). For guests travelling with infants, there is a portacot with mattress and a high chair. Bedding for single on request. (Please note - no bedding supplied for portacot.) You are guaranteed a great nights sleep as both beds are chiropractic top quality beds.

This apartment is wonderful for cosy winter or hot summer stays. There is a gas fireplace and the property also offers ducted gas and refridgerated air conditioning. Available for your use and enjoyment are boogie boards and beach chairs so that you can spend the day at the beach swimming, reading and relaxing.

This luxurious home away from home is also close to wineries and some of Australia's world class golf courses. Enjoy fishing, swimming, sailing, eating, shopping, tennis or bowls, picking cherries/strawberries in season, walking or just relaxing with a glass of local wine. Close by is the Mornington cinema and library with its cafe is also within walking distance. Walk along the parkland and playground area or follow the historic trail along Main St. This is the perfect spot for fun, rest and relaxation.

Nearby attractions include the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, mazes, interesting nature walks and views at many look out points such as Cape Schanck and Arthur's Seat.

There are many farmer's and craft markets at Redhill,with Mornington having theirs in the Main street every Wednesday. There is also the iconic Dromana drive-in, surf beaches of Sorrento and Portsea and so many great pubs throughout the area. So much to do!
