Great beach!

Great spot, coffee shop within walking distance - la clochette. Balcony was great to watch sunsets and the rooms were good size. Property manager was very nice. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this property again.

Fantastic location; neat and clean interior

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo -- 10 days in March 2017. Location across from Windandsea is phenomenal -- wave sounds were great; beach access fantastic. Apartment was as advertised: clean, neat, 3 BR, 3 bath, modern decor. Linda from Harland Property Mgmt was quick and helpful when wifi wasn't working and when we locked ourselves out :|

Walking distance to good, quick food: try La Clochette du Coin for espresso drinks and bkfst; also: Promiscuous Fork; Busy Bee's Bagel.

re: moving in / getting luggage to the apartment -- you *can* use the elevator. . .just have to be crafty about it. The elevator permits travel between parking garage and 1st floor without a code. Therefore: Park car in garage, move luggage to elevator on garage level, press "Up" on elevator, when doors open, move luggage inside but **do not press any buttons** -- just stand there and let the doors close. Then, have someone up inside the apartment press the elevator call button. The elevator will go to the apartment and doors will open -- unload luggage. Enjoy!

Close to perfect!

The place was comfortable, easy to live in and the views were perfect. It was close to many shops, restaurants, etc. But it was hard to do anything but watch the ocean and surfers.

We have only two complaints: 1) the place could have been cleaner when we arrived. Garbage was left and dirty dishes in the machine 2) wifi went down on last day.

But overall, we loved being there.

Great Thanksgiving Family Vacation

The house is great and just as described. The location is quite and beautiful. The elevator does create some issues and we were stuck in the elevator going down one of the days. It is really sensitive but overall worked ok for our trip. I would stay here again.

Beautiful top floor condo, NOV2016

Most everything about this Condo is very good; location, surf, kitchen, accommodations. So here is the short list of irritants.

One single wine glass; you should bring more if you are not a solo.

Elevator is restricted to residents in the UP mode. Plan to carry your stuff up to the top. (Since elevator actually opens up in your condo, I understand this restriction)

If you need air conditioning the single vent in the master bedroom is directly over your head and is VERY drafty, even when closed.

Cleaning fee is exorbitantly high.

Mandatory property insurance is forced on the renter.

This is a professionally managed property (8-5 M-F). Forget speaking to a human on your attempts to contact. You must wait for them to call you back, on their time. If you miss their call and respond immediately with a call back you are stuck with leaving a message. Response time was generally 2- 24 hours. E-mail response time was similar.

After 2 weeks of e-mails and messages we knew what to expect when we arrived. We had no issues during our stay.

Finally, a very beautiful place, with very average management.

Be advised, if you leave a truly honest review like this, the management company will hammer you. They rated my wife and I a 3 out of 5 for overall experience.

Once again, the property is very nice; Our experience with Harland Mgmt was average.

We would stay here again.

Stunning. The views, the location, the comfort - felt like a home rather than a rental.

Traveling with a family, we knew a rental was the way to go - this property far exceeded our expectations. It was a little tricky going up the stairs with luggage and groceries, but the exercise didn't hurt and it was totally worth it to have the best, unobstructed view of the sunset each night. We had fun filled days out and about, but we looked forward to spending the evenings at this property - whether we cooked or ordered in, it was one of the best vacation experiences ever and I was really nervous at first traveling with my 3 year old and in-laws, but this was a dream. After a busy day, it was truly relaxing once we were "home". We all had our own space, beds were very comfortable, and the use of the space is incredibly functional. Perfect.
