Nothing like coming back to relax after a long day in the parks to such a beautiful and comfortable home. Both kids and adults loved it as it offered separate areas to hang out with the games room/cinema and TV area upstairs. Kids loved the pool while adults enjoyed sipping drinks while watching the golfers go by. Highly recommended, already planning a return visit.
This was by far the greatest resort ive stayed at throughout all the years ive traveled to Orlando....would definitely stay here again
Loved the house. Stayed for a week and everyone had a great time. Thanks Top villas, we will book again for next year!
The house was perfect and well equipped and we had a lovely time there. The reason for the lower rating is frustration with management over use of the water park. If you have stayed in Reunion in the past and that is a primary reason for booking here, know that there is now (SURPRISE!) a $15 fee for adults and $10 for children to use the park, as well as a registration fee of close to $50 if you don't choose a park day 8 days in advance. (And if you are planning on more than one day at the water park and you don't want to go two days in a row, you pay the fee to register both times.) Neither fact was disclosed to me when I booked the property, despite the fact that I negotiated for two days at the park and so it was relevant information. When I found out about the registration fee, I requested my park day 8 days in advance to at least avoid that fee and I sent a request that Jeeves speak with the owners to see if they would consider paying the park entrance fee due to not disclosing that information. The representative at Jeeves did not book it on that day, so the registration fee was assessed, but she said the owners would kindly cover that fee for us. (?) If she had done her job, there would have been no fee. Considering that we had just paid $5700 for an 8 day rental, it was a little surprising that they would not do the right thing. We only went to the park once instead of twice, which was disappointing.
The bed type and number in each room is different than described, which resulted in one of the girls sleeping on the floor, but she was ok with that. The two mothers in law that came along were miffed that neither of their bedrooms had a bathroom that they could access from their room. If you are interested in the bed/bathroom situation, here it is:
Queen bedroom, shared bathroom that can't be accessed from your room
King bedroom, shared bathroom that can't be accessed from your room
Master suite with king bed and private bathroom
master suite with king bed and private bathroom
bedroom with two double beds and private bathroom
bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom (but no extra single bed, which is why we had one sleep on the floor.)
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everybody at the Top Villas for making our honeymoon perfect! The master bedroom was gorgeous and the private chef was a fantastic treat.
Golf: Palmer Course
Creatively routed on a sloping, roller coaster-like landscape, Arnold Palmer’s 6,916 yard, par 72 Signature Range vaunts intensive altitude changes – up to 50 feet in some places – generating an exclusive assortment of risk/reward shots. That varied menu of shot-making opportunities is further guaranteed by six tee positions on each hole, a selection of instinctive sanctuary areas, liberally amp fairways and tactically placed bunkers across all 18 holes.
Highlighted by rapid, rigid and vast progressing fairways, a selection of strategically placed bunkers and outsized greens, the 7,257 yard, par 72 Watson Course, a Signature Design by Tom Watson, is as much about tactic as it is about dimension. Demanding a well thought out approach from every player regardless of skill level, this course puts a premium on a solid short game with spacious green complexes where club selection can vary from putter to lob wedge to three-wood.
This Parkland-style layout is smooth and flowing, with long horizon lines and elevated tee boxes and greens. Yet The Nicklaus Course, a Signature Design by Jack Nicklaus, can be as deceiving as it is picturesque. Formed to allure golfers into striking risky shots with theoretically great payoffs, the course tests the golfer to step up to the ball with a cautiously planned series of shots in mind.
