We have everything you need for a fabulous vacation!

Just want to stay home and enjoy family time? The house has plenty of room to spread out inside and a very private walled-in pool and patio with comfortable seating and gas grill. With an open floor plan, two living rooms, plus a den with TV and video games there is space for everyone to lounge around. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and opens to one of the living areas. Each of the three first floor bedrooms have their own full bath and the master – alone on the second floor - offers privacy, its own sitting area, balcony with seating overlooking the yard and pool, and bath with huge shower and soaking tub.

Looking forward to taking advantage of St Pete’s fabulous downtown? You will be just a few minutes from the The Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club and all that downtown St Pete has to offer: the Salvador Dali museum, shopping, fabulous restaurants on upscale Beach Drive and funky Central Avenue, The Saturday Morning Market, and a beautiful waterfront trail for walking, jogging and biking. St Pete has a full calendar of events – art shows, triathlons and runs, concerts, the Grand Prix and more! The house is a mile and half from The Vinoy – a quick drive, but walkable for most. And there are plenty of bikes available for those who want to cruise downtown on two wheels!

How does a day at the beach sound? A ten mile drive from the house will bring you to the gorgeous white sand beaches in front of the Don Cesar Hotel & Spa or to adorable Pass-a-Grille at the southernmost end of St. Pete Beach. If you are looking for more rustic beaches, the award winning beaches of Ft De Soto Park are twenty minutes away - 1,136 acres made up of five interconnected keys and home to more than 328 species of birds, mangroves, wetlands, palm hammocks, hardwoods and scores of native plants.

Promised the kids a trip to an amusement park? No problem. You will be less than an hour and a half from Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal. Plus Busch Gardens and Islands of Adventure are less than 40 minutes away!

All this less than 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and 20 minutes from St Pete-Clearwater International Airport.

Fun for all in St. Pete/Tampa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in St. Pete; a vibrant city with so much to offer! This home was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and sitting areas so everyone had their own space to relax. The home was well stocked from the kitchen to the pool area with everything that you would need to feel at home. It was very clean and smelled crisp and clean as well. The area offer so many attractions and things to do, you can easily make everyone in your party happy! In the evenings, we used the bikes to take a ride along the north shore area and enjoyed the scenery. The home is also close to so many restaurants and in a great area. We will definitely be back!

This house is lovely!

Many great things to report about this house and its owners! Linda, the owner was very responsive and extremely helpful - finding extra bikes so all 4 bikers in our family could bike together and leaving detailed information about the house and great ideas about where to go and what to do in the area. The house is much larger than it appears on the photos. There are 4 good sized bedrooms - all with their own full bathroom. Only the master bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor - all other living space is on the main floor. The living space is in this house is huge. The house has an open, modern floor plan with two discrete living rooms (one with TV, DVD and networking [netflix etc]) and a separate and more private living room that is a bit more dedicated to gaming with Xbox 360, dvd, etc. So what I would consider 3 living rooms in total! In addition there is a small reading nook near the exit to the pool and hot tub and a casual round table looking out on the pool adjacent to that. In addition to a very large and extremely well-appointed kitchen there is a more formal dining table that can accommodate 10 for dinner quite easily. The relatively large rectangular pool is partially shaded by the palm trees and surrounded by many chaise lounges and chairs and also a dining table and outdoor grill. Because of the high fence the house and its pool feel very secluded and quiet. The surrounding area has much to do and old St. Petersburg can be reached by bike or walking. The bedding, linens and towels were very new and "top of the line". Snell island is a beautiful residential area very close to Old St. Petersburg with little car traffic and beautiful homes. For golfers the house is right across the street from the Marriott Vinoy Golf Club. A true gem!
