Very comfortable home

  • 5 of 5

Abundant space in great location. The important things are well done: kitchen, beds and bathrooms. The linens are top notch and the walk in showers in all three bathrooms are first rate. We prefer to have bathrooms in the bedrooms, but having one immediately adjacent to each of the bedrooms worked fine.

This house was beautiful and exactly what we needed.

It was wonderful coming back to a quiet home after a busy day touring. We enjoyed home cooked meals and relaxed in this beautiful, spacious home. Ralph was terrific to work with too. Definitely would come back.

We were a family of 5 adults who met in DC to celebrate graduation. We were thrilled by our choice to stay in this house and in Logan Circle. We've been staying in VRBO homes for a few years now, and this property ranks among the top - especially for value in DC.

We had plenty of space in this glorious home with three stories of Victorian charm, including two living rooms, a huge dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen (with knives and equipment that belong to someone who cooks!) and we loved gathering in the dining room (that has a table big enough for 12 guests). Whole Foods and 14th street restaurants are close by. Drinks on the porch of Le Diplomate was "incroyable."

It looks like someone lives in the house, but personal possessions are tucked away, and out of sight.

The directions to get in (and where to find things in the house) was perfect. Ralph welcomed us with a phone call, and he responded quickly to questions by text. Loved. loved this house!

Wonderful place to spend time in DC!

  • 5 of 5

We loved the location of this charming row house. Ralph was very attentive and helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy the limited downtime in the home, and when we were out exploring the neighborhood was perfect for a walk to dinner, groceries and close to all else central DC has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Grand Historic Victorian Row House was the perfect rental for our family vacation in DC. The space was just as pictured and gave our family the extra space we like. While my husband and two girls were watching TV in the den, I had my quiet space to read in the family room. The beds were VERY comfortable and while there was a historical feel to the house (which we also loved) all of the bathrooms and kitchen had been updated. In addition, the location was great for us with easy access to subway, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance or quick Uber ride. Ralph was so nice and easy to work with and we would definitely rent here again.

Great Location, Lots of Space

  • 5 of 5

The row house in Logan Circle was a great home base for our time in DC. The location is fantastic and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops within walking distance. We also walked to meeting locations in Dupont Circle and had no issues - the neighborhood is wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The house itself is quite large and our group of 3 appreciated the big kitchen and dining space. We also were pleased to have a bathroom per bedroom. As it goes with older houses, there were some quirks, like loud floors, but that didn't bother us. We also found that we had to live sort of carefully as we wanted to make sure not to damage any of the furniture or rugs. The wifi worked great and we had everything we needed, except trash bags. We were probably just looking in the wrong place, but had to create some make shift trash bags out of paper bags we had on hand. All in all, we had a great stay and I would recommend this listing to others.
