3 levels of comfortable living for your stay in Washington DC. 3 large bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens ) with fluffy down confronters and high quality sheets, 3.5 recently renovated modern bathrooms (each bedroom has it's own bathroom), large TV room with wide screen TV, dinning room that seats 10, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, outdoor seating and dining with a large weber grill, grand entertaining room on first level, soaring ceilings and original wood and plaster moulding thoughout the house. There is a full sized washer and dryer, digital cable and WIFI throughout the house.
Abundant space in great location. The important things are well done: kitchen, beds and bathrooms. The linens are top notch and the walk in showers in all three bathrooms are first rate. We prefer to have bathrooms in the bedrooms, but having one immediately adjacent to each of the bedrooms worked fine.
It was wonderful coming back to a quiet home after a busy day touring. We enjoyed home cooked meals and relaxed in this beautiful, spacious home. Ralph was terrific to work with too. Definitely would come back.
We were a family of 5 adults who met in DC to celebrate graduation. We were thrilled by our choice to stay in this house and in Logan Circle. We've been staying in VRBO homes for a few years now, and this property ranks among the top - especially for value in DC.
We had plenty of space in this glorious home with three stories of Victorian charm, including two living rooms, a huge dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen (with knives and equipment that belong to someone who cooks!) and we loved gathering in the dining room (that has a table big enough for 12 guests). Whole Foods and 14th street restaurants are close by. Drinks on the porch of Le Diplomate was "incroyable."
It looks like someone lives in the house, but personal possessions are tucked away, and out of sight.
The directions to get in (and where to find things in the house) was perfect. Ralph welcomed us with a phone call, and he responded quickly to questions by text. Loved. loved this house!
We loved the location of this charming row house. Ralph was very attentive and helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy the limited downtime in the home, and when we were out exploring the neighborhood was perfect for a walk to dinner, groceries and close to all else central DC has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful week!
Grand Historic Victorian Row House was the perfect rental for our family vacation in DC. The space was just as pictured and gave our family the extra space we like. While my husband and two girls were watching TV in the den, I had my quiet space to read in the family room. The beds were VERY comfortable and while there was a historical feel to the house (which we also loved) all of the bathrooms and kitchen had been updated. In addition, the location was great for us with easy access to subway, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance or quick Uber ride. Ralph was so nice and easy to work with and we would definitely rent here again.
Historic Logan Circle consist of tree lined streets and an arthecechual feast of historically preserved victorian homes. It is also offers the inner city's most vibrant culinary and art scene. We are one block away from amazing restraints, pubs, and theaters of the 14th Street corridor. We are a few blocks from Whole Foods and DC's Bike Share. The White House, Smithsonian's Museums and the National Mall & Monuments are close-by and walkable from the house.
