Great location from Downtown Nashville. Apartment was clean and just as described. Would book again.
Great place to stay if you love walking everywhere. Very clean. Quiet. We could walk to Broadway, The Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum. We were close to many restaurants, the Arcade and a grocery store. If you have a car, there is on site parking. Really, you won't need the car; so, park it and walk everywhere.
My family came to Nashville with our 11 and 8 yr olds. We were only a few blocks off Broadway and walking distance to everything. We had issues getting into the building as the code didn't work to get into the lobby. I had the customer service number and they tried to help but it didn't work. Someone in the lobby let us in and the rest of the codes and directions worked. The loft is very clean and had amenities I wouldn't expect like soap and shampoo as well as coffee and a few snacks. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable so I wouldn't recommend it for an adult. The king bed was ok, but not the most comfortable. The loft has one window facing an alley so don't expect natural light. Parking was not included but there were parking garages all around for 20 per day. I would stay again, but bring my own pillow.
This was a fun place surrounded by everything you need. Arena nightlife food attractions. Zero view from windows but everything else was very great.
The location of the property is perfect for attending a concert at the Ryman and visiting Lower Broadway. Parking close to the condo was fairly easy but a little expensive. First impression when walking into the condo was good but we did have a couple of things we would change - the towels in the bathroom were new and on the cheap side - we couldn't use them without lint coming off them everywhere. The sheets were also new but very scratchy - I don't think they had been washed before putting on the bed. We were excited to see coffee and coffee filters for the coffee pot - but when getting up in the morning to make a pot the carafe had a huge whole in the side!! I would think housekeeping would have noticed when cleaning the condo. We would stay again for the location.
The Banner Lofts location is great, easy walk to Broadway and many other sites in Nashville. Our condo was nice but could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty, our socks proved that! The small area rug in the living/dining area was also dirty covered with hair and other fuzzy stuff plus it was a hazard because it did not have a rug pad and kept slipping around. The coffee table, dining table and chairs all had loose screws and were unstable. The kitchen is nice and had the basics but no cuttingboards. The bathroom walls, trim and vanity sides and front could have used a wipedown. The black washcloths in the bathroom look good but when used and wrung out the water was gray. With better attention to detail all these concerns could easily be taken care of. Overall we would stay again at Banner Lofts.
