Walk to clubhouse with tennis, pickle, playground, pool, beaches, gym, kayak rack and new kayak. Beautiful, bright and updated 4 bedroom 3 full bath home in a private lake community in Litchfield County CT.

All rates includes cable, wifi, yard maintenance, snow removal, trash removal.
tenant is responsible for electric (NOTE: house has electric heat).

High Speed Wifi for those working remote!

House is very clean, organized and well maintained, great location.

Fitness Center is open year round. The house has 2 decks with seating, a large screen porch, Weber propane grill.

Main floor has large living room with SmartTV and fireplace.

The house has 4 bedrooms:
On the main floor the is one bedroom with two twin beds
On the second floor there is a king bedroom (with private bath), two twins in a second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom.

All rooms have separate A/C and heating units to control the temp to your needs. It can be very hot/humid in the summer and AC is a necessity for a comfortable stay.

The house is fully stocked with high end linens, new mattresses, and new towels.

The kitchen has a new appliances - Samsung refrigerator, GE stove and new dishwasher and a nice large breakfast bar.

The great room is perfect for hanging out after a day at the lake, comfortable couches and leather recliners - and a flat screen smart TV and cable. If you are here for ski season cozy up by the fireplace in the great room, perfect way to end your ski day.

The lower level has a children's play room with a couch, toys, and a flat screen TV & DVD player.

Full laundry room in lower level. Great golf courses nearby.

Excellent stay

Great communication from the host, who went above and beyond by helping us find a local babysitter. The house was clean, accurately described and the basement toy room was an added bonus. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is a 10min drive away from Mohawk Mt Ski area.

Perfect ski weekend getaway with kids!

We loved everything about our long weekend in Goshen. The house was so spacious, clean, comfortable, and great for our two families. The basement with the toys and dvds for the kids were perfect, and the two twin bed rooms were exactly what we needed. It was such a short trip to ski at Mohawk Mountain, and the hosts made our stay so easy and effortless. We will absolutely be back and have already recommended it to friends!

Family Holiday Weekend.

Our host was wonderful. This property was immaculate and detailed with everything you could need along with a great playroom for the kids It was not like staying in someone else's home It felt like our home the moment we walked in with music playing, heat was up and all the other wonderful unexpected touches. We will be back again!

We love everything about the community, the lake and Litchfield area. There are so many great things to do and enjoy - year round.

Why they chose this property

This house has it all, a fantastic location near the lake and clubhouse in the summer months - for swimming pool, beach, boating, tennis.

Then in the winter we are near Mohawk Ski Area - which makes this a great place to be all seasons.

The house has private setting and the layout is really great for a family - open rooms, plenty of space. Lower level for kids to play.

What makes this property unique

Clubhouse access - Guests staying 2 weeks or more have access to the clubhouse facilities. In summer this includes access to 4 private beaches around the lake, 8 lane heated pool, 8 tennis courts, basketball court, playground, snack bar, kids programs, social/music event. Fitness classes, fitness center. All within walking distance of the house!
