Very nice, Carol and Terry were very helpful. The unit is clean and quiet. The location is very good for access to UWA and only a quick bus trip to downtown. the area is quiet and has a local supermarket just steps away and a nice mixture of restaurants nearby. We were particularly fond of 125 Cafe just down the road for spectacular croissants and coffee. It is a few minutes walk to the Swann river and nice riverside parks for evening strolls.
