The house was great. Clean & very comfortable with great neighbors! It is in an awesome neighborhood with lots to do and easy HWY access to get everywhere pretty quickly. If/when we are in Cincy again, we will book with Paul!
This home is equipped with everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked etc. The location is fantastic , you can walk to good restaurants, shops and Starbucks!!! Paul is great and very responsive!!! Will stay again!😊
Great place in walking distance from everything....shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks etc. Too bad it has only one bathroom...it can be a problem if there are more than 3 people staying in the home. Very safe, with old classic charm. Our Puppy had little backyard to run around and I would go back there anytime.
This home is nestled in the heart of Oakley/Hyde Park area just steps from Rookwood Shopping Center. We arrived and never used our vehicle again. There is plenty to see, do, eat and shop within walking distance. Parking is on the street but there was plenty of it.
The home was absolutely adorable what we were looking for, for our weekend visiting friends and the area. Well furnished, equipped and CLEAN. The shower was also hot with plenty of pressure. There is a shaded back deck with seating and front porch with seating. There were 4 of us and we were more than comfortable but it would sleep 8 easily. We didn't use it but there was also Wi-Fi and a book with plenty of local recommendations.
The owner was available before, during and after our stay though we really didn't need anything as it was all in order.
We could not have been happier with our accommodations or location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area or if you want a centrally located staycation place.
Where do I begin... When we first pulled up we realized the neighborhood was nothing what was expected... Very run down and some houses were abandoned and grown up. When we got inside and went up stairs to the bedrooms it was extremely hot. Turned the air way down and after 3 hours it was still too hot to think about sleeping. After calling vrbo and finally talking to Paul which is listed as the owner and then denied it. We realized we were stuck. He did bring us a fan... Wow we paid a lot of money and then had to sleep with fans on during vacation.
Don't stay here!!!
We were here for a baseball tourney. we have 4 kids so a hotel won't work. plus we needed a washer and dryer. this place worked out very well. there are shops (TJmax, Nike etc) and restaurants right across the street. Paul the owner was very responsive. The kitchen was nicely remodeled and had all that was needed supply wise to cook.
