The front desk will be wearing masks when guests enter the office, and Housekeeping/Maintenance staff has gloves and masks to wear while out and about on the property. Housekeeping is not entering units at all during guest stays. (Guests who are set to receive trash-and-towel service are being instructed to place soiled linens outside the condo, so staff can switch those out and leave supplies replenishment with no guest contact.)


"Cozy Elegance". Sleeps 12 comfortably in 9 separate beds: 2 kings, 1 queen, and 6 singles. We just repainted the whole condo! and in October we are putting all new wood-like flooring throughout the condo - no more carpeting!!looks new and bright! Top to bottom!
The den has comfortable, intimate seating where one can sit by the fire, read a book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV , have good conversations and enjoy the beautiful view all at the same time. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony which has a balcony bistro table and four chairs. The balcony is a great place to drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the late afternoon while watching the Hummingbirds during the summer months.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, coffee maker, Crock Pot, etc. The view from the arch above the stove makes cooking fun. There are 4 bar stools where children or guests can eat or visit while the cook prepares meals. The dining area seats 6.

The stairs to the loft area are a bit steep. So be careful with 2 and 3 year olds!

The Master Bedroom has a private bath. Sleep well in the new king size bed. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from the bed or a comfy chair. Large chest of drawers and closet create enough clothes space for unpacking. The MB has a flat screen television which includes a DVD player in the TV.

The second bedroom on the main level has a new King Size bed too. The views from this room look out onto a deep balcony deck with gorgeous views of the mountains. There are two large chest of drawers and a spacious closet in this room. It can serve as a second Master and is a great bedroom for a couple who has children or teenagers sleeping in the loft or upstairs bed room. There is a small flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second and third bedroom share a bath.

The third bedroom on the main level has a Queen size bed. This bedroom is a great "get away" room and is a great room for a young couple with a baby. It's a large and spacious room with the bed on one end and quaint oversize love seat / sitting area on the other. From the bed one can look out the window at Mt Crested Butte or keep an eye out for family or friends skiing into condo after a great day on the slopes during the winter.

Upstairs is a great kids space. The loft has two cottage style twin beds and a sofa; the loft bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Also there is a 36 inch flat screen TV and DVD player in the loft bedroom. The skylight in the upstairs bedroom adds a lot of natural light. The sky light window does open for extra ventilation. There is an upstairs bathroom, closet and 3 medium size chest of drawers and 2 small ones. The loft can sleep 6 comfortably.

If you need something to read, this condo has lots of books. Feel free to borrow one. It's a reader's hide away and an over all place to get away from it all. Slow down, take deep breaths, watch the sunset,and enjoy the beauty!
There is a washer and dryer room on the bottom floor - filled with washers and dryers, coin operated. On the bottom floor is a sauna and huge jacuzzi, which only run in the winter. Also, there is a free shuttle bus in the winter that will take you anywhere in crested butte, 8 a.m. till midnight. It is awesome - only runs in the winter. In the summer it is just as easy to walk to the town bus stop, which is free.

Parking: Two spaces of free parking are automatic.

This condo does accept dogs, but be sure to tell me, as we give you sheets to cover the furniture and there is a small fee involved:

Covid 19 - we will be very lenient with summer rentals if you book and covid 19 influences your trip. If you book, tho, please check the insurance option to help out!
Also, we are instituting many safety protocols to keep you safe - including using the same kind of ozone machines to kill virus on surfaces as is used in the best hotels and on airplanes. The ozone machines will be run before AND after rentals. Currently we are spacing 2 days between rentals as well. We are also providing socially distant check-in by leaving arrival packets taped to the office door, so guests do not have to enter the office. Please wear a mask if you enter the office.
