Need better directions or state GPS essential. The house is very large and well provisioned.
Beyond our expectations!! Love it. We will definitely return!!!
Comfortable, clean, spacious house with a nice layout for a group to stay together. Very easy to work with the owners/property managers. And beautiful location, of course!
House was well designed, open concept, excellent for group socializing.
TV room allowed for quiet relaxation to be alone without having to go outside.
Master bedroom was comfortable and master bath was spacious.
House was very clean and inviting upon arrival.
All appliances were new and in good working order.
Location is in a quiet and peaceful setting, felt very private. No noise from Neighbors, airplanes, traffic, etc.
Town of Boulder has a couple of good restaurants $$$ and a convenience store.
Directions to the house we're vague, sign for the property housing subdivision was missing. However, gps found house using the address easily.
Alarm system for house self - activated and went off twice on our first day there. Sheriff and fire department were nice when they arrived, but it was a problem reaching the owner to deactivate the system. No problems the rest of our stay.
Property description says "front door wide enough for a wheelchair" but there is no wheelchair ramp. Very misleading. There is no ramp on either front or back entries, so my wife had to get out of her chair and use railing on steps to get up to the landing. House is not ADA compliant so no mention should be made regarding wheelchair use.
Cleanup instructions say "take out trash" but there are no trash cans on the property.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
Really nice brand-new place, well-equipped with modern kitchen and appliances, and plenty of room. Also well stocked! Excellent location for hikes in the Escalante-Boulder region. Only quibbles: the contact person didn't seem to know much about what was there, and there were no instructions about how things worked and what supplies or food we were permitted to use. An excellent stay, which we would use again if we were in the area!
This spacious, beautiful new home made a great base for hiking adventures in the Escalante / Grand Staircase canyon country. Pros; a fine bathroom with separate shower and tub and double sinks; fine kitchen with well-stocked pantry (very helpful because Boulder has no real grocery store), and a mudroom/utility room to keep out the red dirt. A family with older kids, or two couples, would like the layout; the master bedroom is isolated from the other bedrooms, which have their own bathroom. Cons; expensive, probably because there are few competing rentals in Boulder UT. Hard to find, due to poor instructions. No instructions on how to use the appliances. We had problems with the gas fireplace and washing machine.
