Can't wait to put your toes in the sand? Wait no longer! Be our guests in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautifully renovated condo. This has been a family condo since purchased in 1976. It was completely renovated in 2009 and furnished the summer of 2011. We are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with our new rental friends.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, you will experience the ease of dipping into the pool or using the dune walkover for a glorious day on the beach.

Our beautiful condo sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the guest room and 1 queen sleeper. Two full baths have new cabinetry and quartz countertops. The kitchen is family ready with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. There are two new flat screen televisions and a dvd/blue ray player.

We love the location of our unit! This 2nd floor unit is easily accessible by one flight of stairs, if you wish to avoid the lobby elevators. Being an end unit, the floor plan has a unique hallway that spills into a large, open floor plan that is bright with light from large windows. We have one of the largest units in the Regency. It is 1,380 square feet in size. The balconies at the Regency Towers vary in size. We love our balcony but it is not the largest.

Location was great!

The location was great! The room was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with condiments which was great! The owner was very informative and quick to respond.

2 month stay in Pensacola Beach

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.

A perfect getaway

The condo was a perfect spot for a girls’ trip. Patty was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The condo was spotless & cozy with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

For all you friendly fliers, Pensacola Aviation Center is a great FBO to land and tie down. It is a 12 mile scenic drive across the Pensacola Bay and the Santa Rosa Sound. Get on bikes and explore the beach or play miniature golf, kayak, jet ski or parasail. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun venues that will keep you coming back! It is an end unit with many windows. There is no tunnel effect! You don't have to wait on the elevator in the lobby. Our unit is accessible by the exterior stairwell.
