We took our 7 year old daughter to New York City for the first time and wanted more space than a regular NYC hotel could offer. The updated one bedroom was perfect. The pull out couch was awesome for our daughter to sleep. The location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to go and the restaurants around the condo were good too. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
Our condo was great, we really enjoyed the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and kitchen! There were 6 of us and we felt that we had plenty of room. It was nice being able to make breakfast and lunch in our room, before we left for the day.
All the staff were very polite, helpful, always smiling.
The location was wonderful, only 5 blocks from Grand Central Station, we had a great pub right next door, the Amish market across the street was very convenient, having Starbucks, CVS and Walgreens only a few blocks away was nice also!
The only thing that I would say negative is that the elevators were very slow, one of them was broken most of the time. The wait time for the elevator was long at times.
I would definitely recommend the Wyndham Midtown 45, we were very pleased with our stay!
Stayed with my 6 year old, hubby & mother in law. Had 2 bedroom apt Was perfect. Loved the 33rd floor deck too!
Excellent location for traveling in all city directions (especially if you're willing to walk over to Grand Central and take the subway). From Grand Central, we ventured to Citi Field and Yankee Stadium, took the S "shuttle" train to Times Square for the theater district, and went downtown to the 9/11 museum, Brooklyn Bridge and High Line Park.
The one bedroom apartment met all our needs, allowing us to stretch out in the living area vs. a cramped hotel room. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, it would be more than adequate for those wanting to eat in. The nits: the bathroom is small with virtually no counter space and waiting for an elevator can get you cranky.
Friendly customer service including helpful neighborhood restaurant recommendations.
apartment was fine. elevators slow, and in need of interior overhaul. Lobby loud, clutterred and confusing. Need more machines in laundry room given size of the facility. Staff very courteous and friendly.
The suite is amazing but during our stay the main floor elevators were not working. the lobby is being renovated. The street sounds were super loud even being up on 22nd floor. Beware this property is under renovation until Fall 2016.
